Hired an MG3, from start to finish the process was smooth and dealt with efficiently. I dealt with a lady called felicity and she was very known about the car and so helpful and friendly. No faults with the car, lovely and clear and as described. I will definitely be returning, thanks for making my journey stress free. Highly recommended

No car available even though I’d booked and paid a week in advance. I was supposef to collect car on evening of 11th after landing at Birmingham Airport but they were closed and asked me to return the following morning to be told they had no cars. Man there was rude and unhelpful. Also we weren’t the only peoplein the predicament. Never again! Stay away

Absolutely dreadful.
Called them to say the flight was delayed, "that's OK, come in the morning" he says. Went to collect the following morning to be greated with the most obnoxious sales assistant who said "so you booked last night, no car for you" Hertz to the rescue.

Took 30 mins to pick us up from the airport. Got to the office, systems down. Been waiting one hour, queue out the door. Unable to process bookings without system, so looks like we could all be stuck here for hours, until their booking system reboots.

Car was in not good condition and I felt a bit unsafe. When I wanted to speed up the engine was loosing the power which was very strange and a bit terrifying when I was on highway. In addition the car was due to service only few miles from I took it. On the end it showed it should be in service 270 miles ago. I tried to share that information with staff when I returned to make sure it will be not given to anyone without check but no one took any notes.

Excellent customer service from Felicity Millard she handled my car hire very professionally, she new exactly what she was talking about and was very knowledgeable, the car was in top condition and very clean. Overall the service was fantastic and will be returning again in the future.

Felicity is the general manager at Drivalia and she processed my booking on the day of pick up (9 May). She provided very good customer service.

When I returned the car (7 June), Mohammad dropped me off to the train station. I had to pick up another car from a different hire car company, but that fell through. I was not impressed by that different car hire company, as it was a failure their side.

So I had to return back to Drivalia and told them my situation, who then helped & advised with another long term booking.

I believe Felicity & co to be honest and trustworthy individuals & I appreciated their customer service.

Excellent service! Although we did not manage to rent the car, Taj our server was incredible calm patient and helpful. He gave great advice, everything he offered made sense and he genuinely tried to help us get the best possible deal and scenario. He spent a long time trying to figure things out and is even helping with the process with the broker. 5 stars!

Big thieves and scammers., Qasim the manager is the ring leader , his own staff say he robs people.
Makes new rules up when u go to pick up car and then asks for more money,he used foul language and when challenged called the police .police were nice u like this arrogant person

shout out to Felicity & Adam who also found my favourite coat that I'd managed to leave in the car and they retrieved it for me a full two weeks after I'd left it behind at the Birmingham airport site

I've been using Drivalia for a number of weeks now while the works vehicle as been in the prosse of repair and can honestly say the professional service offered by the Birmingham staff as been exceptional expecially by Felicity Millard. Also a big thank you to all the back office team that whish and maintain the vehicle's

I would leave a minus it's not here .charged me for a cracked windscreen. The disclaimer you sign is on a tablet which is totally unreadable they explain nothing. Just say sign here sign again.than charge you a ridiculous amount for a windscreen over 1k,stay clear of this company especially the one by Birmingham Airport, I should of asked to see what I'm signing. They tell you nothing than give you a car with service lights on which they wasn't bothered about.there just here to rip people off.

I’m very surprised to read so many positive reviews of this company. Their modus operandi is to screw people on the insurance. I had exactly the same experience as other users where I booked through a third party and paid for insurance coverage only to be forced to either pay a lot of money extra for more insurance coverage or pay a ridiculous deposit by credit card (don’t know any other rental company that does this). The staff at the office were extremely unhelpful and actually seemed to enjoy annoying the customer. Had to also pay extra for a car seat even though I’d also already paid for this, and they gave me a really crappy car seat that was broken. Paying to make a problem go away I can live with, but endangering the safety of my child is just shocking. I dropped the car off at a different location and witnessed the same aggressive upselling of insurance in such a way that it was ‘mandatory’ when clearly it is not. I made a formal complaint which as you can imagine was just brushed off, and had the same problem I’ve seen with other reviews where Drivalia and the third party both blame each other. I’ve used other rental companies through third parties and DID NOT have these problems so it comes back to Drivalia and their shoddy business practices. I cannot say more strongly - DO NOT USE this company. It may appear to be cheaper than others but then you get screwed by all the hidden costs. Terrible.
