Terrible company.
Where to start with this company. Firstly I'd say, they say all the right things to get you started. The wage is pretty good to be fair. Nice cars to drive Jags and land rover. The training was easy. Nice guy who does the training. Then it all turns sour. They get you to fund the company for a month, all trains and fuel have to paid for by yourself, this also includes charging fees for ev and even down to the car wash. Management even suggest you put it on a credit card. Fees can stack up, I'd say in month you could easily be £1500 + out of pocket before you get any back. After speaking to other driver's they said it takes 2-3 months before your straight. The management couldn't organise a kids tea party. They get you on train at 5am from North England, then into London to pick up a vehicle only for it not to be there, then told to come home. Absolutely waisting everyone's time and money. I don't think they know how to use a map (Management). If you don't mind travelling miles and miles and you have a good bank balance then this might be the job for you. All I can say is that the manager is very rude not very understanding, the transport manager is useless. They look after their favourite staff and couldn't give stuff about the others. There is no other reviews on this company anywhere ,that should ring alarm bells. Avoid Avoid Avoid.
