I have only had my 2021 Terrain two months and it now has a major oil leak. The entire bottom of the SUV is covered in oil. Hoping for a resolution that doesn’t cost me a lot of money.

They explained things well.
Didn't pressure me about not understanding things so they made sure everything was satisfactory with all the paperwork on your end and mine. It wasn't rushed which made it nice and it wasn't crowded.

Employees at Drive Time in Toledo, Ohio and Grand Rapids, Michigan were very professional, respectful, knowledgeable and helped me find my new car. They went over all history of the used car that I chose and took time to make sure I understood everything.

What made my experience great was Brain and Emma Ryder they made the process easy and not stressful and as they was doing so I could not help but notice that they was working as a team helping each other I definitely would recommend anyone looking for a new car great Atmosphere, great group of folks to work with I mean I was their for a totally different vehicle located at another driver time and they was still going all out to make sure me and my wife was taken care off and not just push us away but so be it I ended up getting the same make and model at the grand rapids location that I was getting at the Indian location just a 2 yr difference in the units anyway of your searching for a car drivetime is the place this is my third car with them

DO NOT LET THE 5 STAR REVIEWS FOOL YOU. AVOID AT ALL COSTS especially if you are a young adult, working on your credit, etc. Buy a car anywhere but here. I was sold the biggest POS car with nothing but problems. I purchased the car and within 3 months I couldn’t drive it. I can’t even say the amount of money I spent on repairs without feeling nauseas. Within 6 months of purchasing I needed a new catalytic converter, turbo replaced, etc., and an engine rebuild is when I stopped putting money into it. The Chevrolet dealership that worked on it for months told me this car wouldn’t have passed an inspection report. Don’t even try to see the inspection report, you’ll have to get a lawyer to get anywhere with this place. They sell LEMONS & then do absolutely nothing to help you. Emma was nice and said she was just beginning her career at DriveTime, but I am begging you to try and find a better job with genuine people. Trevor and Brian are NO HELP. They are shady and just want to make a quick buck. Trevor and Brian are the worst there, I feel so sorry for all the other customers who are going to go through the same thing I did.
