Well, I initially dropped by a few weeks ago and @ that time I was informed that I would need a co-signer which I do not have anyone. I made the mistake under the impression given to me by a salesman by the name of Rick Gilbert and his Sales Manager Marc that I was approved with AutoNation VW located in Columbus, GA. All I had to do was drive (137 miles one way to do the trade) wasn’t told there were any stipulations involved. Extremely horrifying that AutoNation VW lied about everything. The General Manager of DriveTime Mona was absolutely helpful and worked hard to get a deal for me because I made a huge mistake. I took out a loan with TitleMax and ended upside down. I am grateful even though I literally ended up trading down so to speak from a Lexus to a Kia Soul.

Easiest car buying experience ever?

I was Sold a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo with previous accident damage. Charged me taxes when I'm tax exempt!!! Refuse to reimburse the $536.00 100%"VA Disabled Veteran!!! They will be paying a hell of a lot more when I'm done... for Used Car Fraud..Also, came with warranty, and bought an extended warranty.. GA Attorney General needs to shut this place down..NC has already banned them from their state. Georgia will be next!!!!! FRAUDSTERS!!! DULUTH GA...Filed Police report for fraud. FYI purchased GAP insurance. Poor 🦌..Totaled vehicle. There's your FN KARMA Bridgecrest had to pay..haha They're the finance co..who owns Drivetime!!!!!!!

On the website the thing that got me was u can have one monthly payment as low as 300 . They make things easy . He'll no I should've just gone to a new car dealer and get a new car with my daughter's cosigner I could've instead got hacked in to a car that had problems ok they paid for the problem one of the times the other no . And the time it was at the car shop I lost lots of clients and it work . And I mention to the car sales lady I needed the car for me to make money well right it seem im out of work because of it . And the monthly payment ok I thought it was 2 payments after on the website mentioned one . Now it's turning out to be 3 payment of 300. Seriously .... u guys don't help . Oh you guys do help in bringing my credit down . The sales person mentioned if any issues u got or need help with payment call or check the payment app thing well I did I put it in like schedule a station for the payment it doesn't work u guys can get ur car back instead of making it less headaches u made it more stressful thank u

My sales rep Dajah, made it pleasant. The process was fast , she was knowledgeable about everything.

I’m here at Drivetime Duluth where I just purchase a 2017 Nissan Rogue SL, and when I say Alan Mychael did the greatest job assisting us with making sure all of our needs were met I can’t chose a better Sales Rep to get my own vehicle. If anyone else needs assistance getting they vehicle please ask for Alan and watch him make magic.

Ok first I thought all of this a lie but let me tell you IT WASNT! I could not believe the process was so smooth. Paid my down payment, got a free tank of gas and I was out! Alan Meyers at the showroom was so nice....like talking to a friend! I can't wait to get it detailed

Just purchase vehicle for our daughter and our salesman was Alan Meyers who was outstanding. We didn't feel taken advantage of or hustled. He is a great person and very good at his job. If you're reading this, come see Alan his a great guy.
