Car wasn’t received with a full oil change had to add a quart of oil and need to return this car but over the mileage.

Marco was a great salesman who stayed in touch and at the end of the day knew what I was really looking for and was going to go with! I appreciated the timely fashion as well. We left out some small details mainly because I was in a small bit of a ruse but at the end of the day I was mostly satisfied and will highly likely to recommend!!!!

No commissions, great interaction with salesperson who made sure he understood our needs and budget. Clean vehicle, clean facility.

The whole interaction from start to finish was great. I had so many questions and he answered all of them. Also couldn’t figure out which vehicle i wanted to commit to but he let me test drive each one. I did not feel pressured at all. He made things so easy and answered all my questions.

I really didn’t even want to click on a star, getting the car wasn’t a bad experience it went well and who helped me was great. The car itself is what gave me problems, I was sold a lemon. Not even 3 months into having the car there was many repairs needed which the limited warranty covered but after that I continued to have problems after problems. The car kept burning oil, not long after oil changes I always needed more oil. After many repairs that wasn’t fixing it and these were out of pocket repairs that the warranty would not cover, I needed a new engine. I couldn’t afford a new engine so after having it for only a year I had to let it go, which means I now have a repossession on my credit that literally is not my fault. So I will never go back to Drive Time nor will I EVER recommend it!!!! 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

This was the best experience for car buying I have ever had!!! Marco was wonderful and did a fantastic job at making me feel comfortable and answering all my questions. The buying process was fast and easy. I definitely recommend this Dealership for anyone looking for a good vehicle!!!

We had a great experience shopping for our vehicle. The sales man was great Rudy helped us get exactly what we wanted and needed. All employees there was friendly and helpful.

The salesperson who helped us was very friendly, talkative and patient and informed us about the insurance/ key theft issue up front with the 2017 Kia Forte. I was getting frustrated toward the end because of how long the process took and because finding insurance coverage wasn't easy.

When I first arrived I met Marco Allen & a few more guys working there !! Marco was very helpful & got all my paperwork going very professional & nice !! I came in & finished the deal the following weekend Tyrese Jackson & a young man he was training help me wrap everything together !! Both men were professional & knowledgeable about what they're doing !! I had a wonderful experience buying my 2015 Cadillac SRX I love my car I will definitely recommend my friends & family to Drive Time !!!!!

When I originally called, I spoke with Anthony. He answered every question I had and went above and beyond to help me find a vehicle. When I got to the Lubbock lot, Anthony met me and my friend that brought with me. I was then turned over to Glen. He had the keys ready for me to test drive and had the temporary tags on the vehicle. My friend stayed at the dealership while I did my test drive. He asked a ton of questions which were all answered throughly and honestly. When I got back from the test drive, all of my paperwork was ready. Glen was an absolute joy to deal with. This was the best experience I've ever had buying a car! I will definitely take the 2 hour drive when I'm ready to purchase another vehicle!

The whole experience was great and simple. I have never purchased a vehicle this quickly or this easily.
