DriveTime Car Sales - North Houston Reviews 

I'm writing this review to Thank Ms.Aurelius Thomas at the Drive Time location 11655 North Freeway Houston Texas, she was a very professional, and very big help, with helping me getting my my stepfather and mom back on the road, for the most part everyone at the location was very professional/pleasant to work with, again I'm acknowledging Ms.A. Thomas, because she's the salesperson we worked with, I recommend her 10 out 10 times ,we got to our appointment at 6,and drove out with a vehicle for them within a couple hours, she dotted the Is and crossed all the Ts ,and the rest is history, Thanks again Drive Time Ms. Aurelius Thomas.

Everything went as advertised. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. They were not pushy, answered all of my questions, and allowed me the space to make a decision.

Great customer service 2nd car from them on the Northside location miss.Aurelius Thomas takes her time understand your wants she listen to you all I can say is she is amazing love her hands down

Attempted to buy a truck here. Got pre-approved (what a joke). Made reservation to test drive truck. Evening before test drive the truck disappeared. Reached to corporate which told me to reach to local store. So I wanted to make sure there would be no additional surprises I submitted required paper work. I told them my official pay dates are the 10th & 25th and submitted a my latest pay stub which was on the 10th. They said they wanted my pay stub for the 25th (today is the 21st). I explained to the sales associate that I can't give a paystub I don't have yet. There response nothing we can do with out it. I was ready to drive the 2.5 hrs on the 22nd to get a vehicle. NOT NOW. After reading the reviews, I'm glad I'm not going to pick up a truck tomorrow. Loks like a bunch of lemons.

Was a great experience. Cheryl was great in getting me on my new car. The car is great. Will be going back to them.

Aurelius Thomas, made this the best car buying experience ever. She was friendly, straight forward and honest. I’ve had some bad and long experiences in the past but not yesterday.
If I could give her a 10 ….I would 🥰

I came in frustrated because I had never had to purchase a vehicle on my own. Mike Adam’s and his team walked me through everything and explained thoroughly. By the end of this journey I was in tears and thankful for great people being in position to be patient and helpful just because they love what they do. I am so thankful!!

The sales manager John and my salesman Valentino made the experience great. I got a bonus item from my checklist that I didn't know I needed. I got a panoramic roof and it's worth just sitting in the jeep and looking out the window 🪟..

My sales person took the time to go through everything with me , made the process so easy and comfortable. I’m only in the 600s credit score wise but you wouldn’t know it by how well all the staff treated me . I will buy my next car from her and her associates from her on our. Thank you

I have to brag about the Sales Rep. that i just encountered at the North Houston location. I arrived via bus determined to leave with a vehicle. I was turned down due to not having a down payment. As I was walking out the door, my sales rep. Mike Adams stopped me and said let me try something. Another 2hours later and i was leaving with a vehicle. Mr. Adams took time with me, he didn't just give up! I recommend going with this rep. he made my car shopping experience wonderful.

Miss Cheryl Sullivan was a tremendous held to me in my car buying experience. I now have a new car dealership and will not go anywhere else. Miss Cheryl was very kind, polite, and patient with me in the process.

Working with ms cheryl was great. She’s so nice and awesome and puts 100% of her part so you can get a vehicle would definitely recommend this place
