DriveTime Car Sales - Reno Reviews 

I was happy with Jordon and his help. However on the drive home the drivers side headlight was flickering. So I took off the next morning from work and returned to the dealership. Where someone told us they are just a dealership this is what the warranty is for. After a brief contestment and explaining we literally picked up the car right before closing the night before. The person who was assisting us told us it was a $20 bulb which he was actually right on. Which is what made this all the more ludacris. We were advised to go to a shop they contracted with. After going to that shop we were told we would have to sit all day and even then they could not promise they would get to the car until Saturday. I live 2hrs from the shop and dealership. When this was brought up to the dealership my wife and I basically felt pushed off.

Thought this was gonna be a great vehicle but 3 weeks in, now I need a whole new front end. Hopefully the warranty will cover all that is needed. Not sure if you should trust the vehicles coming out of this location. Unfortunately for me, Im screwed and have to deal with it!

This is my second time buying a car at a DriveTime, Maxim the salesman that helped me was very helpful and explained everything to me and made buying a car easy. I will definitely recommend.
