DriveTime Car Sales - Salt Lake City Reviews 

They are full of crap. I just came from there. They do their credit check after u find a car u like. They wanted me to pay 5600 to 6600 down for a Chevy equinox and Nissan Sentra. I told the guy I don’t have 5600 and said thanks and left. They do their credit check credit checks to see what u actually qualify for after u test drive the cars. Which is bullshit.

Lisa its amazing i was not planning to buy a car and she was so patient with me showing me all the cars i did the drive test got in love with one and i got it super easy they are very friendly and easy to work with. 100% recommend

Place is awesome!! The sales agent Lisa was friendly and didn’t feel any pressure to buy a car. All there cars are very good looking. Financing was easily done right online. So no way of going in and then get denied and feel embarrassed. The whole place was a nice atmosphere. I top manager also came and helped with questions that I had. Five star place.

Great customer service! We drove from out of state and would do it again. Everything from opening the door for us to making sure we were 100% happy with everything before leaving. They went above and beyond, turning a stressful situation into a happy ending. We did not think we would be approved.

I had a vehicle before through Drive Time and I had an accident and it was totaled, I came back and got into another vehicle very easily.

I was hopeless because I recently went through a tough experience in life and my credit was flipped upside down. I had been told no by every dealership I visited, (and it was a lot of them). Then one night I was scrolling through and I saw the drivetime had a large selection of nice vehicles so I figured I would apply and after all the no's they gave me a yes! They were wonderful to work with, excellent in listening to what I needed rather than what they needed and overall I ended up with a vehicle nicer than I expected to be driving. Couldn't be more grateful!! Thank you Drivetime Team.

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE this place is an absolute joke. I bought a car here less than 6 months ago and it has been in the shop more than I've been able to even drive it. It's had everything you could imagine fixed on it and now possible looking at a second engine in it, first one put in less than a month ago. So not only am I paying for a car I can't even safely drive my kids in, I'm paying for car rental, repairs silverrock doesn't cover and deductibles. It would have been cheaper at this point to be renting a car this last six months. I had to pick up a second job just to be able to afford to live due to this car and all of its issues. It's beyond ridiculous. Drivetime is absolutely no help in this either. It's just bring it back to the shop to be fixed. Well it's ridiculous it should even have to be in the shop this entire time since purchasing it. Save yourself the stress and do not buy here

After being turned down from multiple car dealerships, I’ve found Drivetime and decided to give a shot and got approved online, went in test drive and got the keys. Shoutout to Greg, Lisa and the rest of Drivetime team for making it happen, i can’t thank you guys enough for my new car. I was smiling and singing in my new car on my way home to surprise my wife and kids. You’ll never disappoint and a really family environment.

From the moment we walked in we felt like we weren’t just anybody, we were greeted by all staff and they made us feel very relaxed and at ease. Everyone was so kind. Lisa, who helped us get a car, guided us from beginning to finish and it was very easy! We walked out with keys to our new car! Best experience we have ever had at a car dealership hands down!
