I had ClearLift and Ipixel laser performed by Shirin Hussain at the Baker Street Clinic, and I’m delighted with the results.

Shirin was so kind to me throughout the appointment and made me feel at ease. She was extremely diligent with the procedure and ensuring I had clear aftercare instructions. I cannot thank her enough for doing such a great job. I’m now a convert to Dr Leah Clinics and will definitely book in with Shirin again.

My first time at Dr. Leah clinic and it did not disappoint, I had a Blue Peel Radiance chemical peel as my skin was really congested and had some breakouts - Rasa is extremely professional, she took great care of my skin and gave a lot of advices. I will definitely be back

I had Ultherapy of the neck and jawline at this clinic to target what was essentially a small double chin. My neck is now deformed, with very little fat layer covering my neck muscles and platysmal bands very exposed even when relaxed.

I have seen several surgeons who state it is very difficult to correct my neck area following this botched procedure and they also confirm that something has gone wrong in my jawline, with excessive hollowing that was not there before.

As it stands, I feel deformed by what has happened to me. It is well documented that loss of volume can happen with improper technique and aggressive treatment during Ultherapy. The extreme welting immediately after the procedure was more than proof of this. All things that the clinic refuses to acknowledge.

This treatment was received at the Baker Street branch and the clinic essentially gaslighted me when I raised my concerns and made a formal complaint. Proceed with caution. Ultherapy is very invasive and not the minimal downtime, magic bullet treatment this clinic proposes. Do your research very carefully, as the procedure is a one way ticket. My life has been ruined.

I recommend Dr Leah Totton for thread lift. I am someone who would not trust just anyone with my face, I wanted to find the best thread lift doctor and after much research I choose Dr Leah. That was some years ago and I have now underwent two thread lifts with Dr Leah. I have been delighted with treatment I have received at Dr Leah Clinic and my results. I found dr Leah to be extremely honest and relatable as well as genuinely caring and she is excellent at what she does. I am happy to recommend her and her clinics to others.

Be sure to go to the Baker Street branch and ask to see Katie. She is so professional and informative. She gave me the confidence I lost and it was due to her mannerisms and product knowledge that I became a returning client. I can't reccomend her enough.

It has been 9 months since my thread lifting with Dr Leah and I am coming on here to say my results are better than ever. I was unsure about all of this but it was worth it, I look younger but no one has spotted exactly what what I had done. Very pleased.

I had a Dr Leah Thread Lift at the Loughton Clinic on the 16th of January 2024. I am 62 years old and my aim was ‘sympathetic aging’. The procedure corrected sagging and gave skin a tighter appearance. 2 weeks on and I am very happy with the results…
The consultations are thoughtful, kind and professional and time is taken to discuss expectations. Pre and post procedure information and contact is very good indeed. The staff are welcoming, expert and friendly and give you all the time you need to discuss and answer questions. All very reassuring to someone like me! The facilities are spotless and comfortable, and I would certainly use the clinic again.

Had some laser hair removal done, I had 6 courses done with Katie and I’m ecstatic with the results, I have PCOS and suffer from unwanted hair and after the treatment the growth is very thin and unnoticeable, and it grows back very slowly but due to my condition the chances of getting rid of the hair is unlikely but this is the next best thing! I’m so happy and it’s uplifted my self confidence so much, will definitely be back for more treatment soon! Katie is so lovely and puts you right at ease.

I’ve been to Dr Leah’s skin clinic a few times now & always have the same fantastic, professional & welcoming visit.
I am always greeted by an extremely friendly & chatty receptionist, who immediately puts me an ease & makes me feel comfortable.
The clinic is always spotlessly clean, bright & airy, as are the bathrooms & treatment rooms.
Dr Sidra, who I see, is so professional & personable. She always chats & ensures I’m completely comfortable before proceeding. She always chats through the procedure, clearly explaining what she is going to do, how it might feel & what to expect afterwards. Nothing is rushed & she always answers any questions thoroughly.
During the treatment, she continues to check how I am & explains everything as she is doing it.
I never feel uncomfortable & the procedure is always done with the most care & attention.
I would highly recommend this clinic. I travel over an hour to visit but it’s absolutely worth the long drive.

Great treatment, very effective. Having had full leg and bikini Laser treatment, 2 years ago, my recent "top up" treatment with Katie was fab. She is a consummate professional, explaining all details of the treatment to ensure you feel OK. And the end the result is exceptional.

This clinic is the best for Botox in Essex. They use the brand name Botox and it lasts months longer than when I have had it done anywhere else. Dr Sidra is amazing. Highly recommend to anyone who wants high quality proper botox.

I rarely write reviews on such forums but in this occassion I make an exception as my Dr Leah thread lift experience was nothing short of perfect. I was aprehensive as it was my first time having a treatment done or even venturing into a clinic such as this and I was very clear about what I wanted to achieve. I very much favour a natural look and frankly I was terrified of looking overdone or strange. I researched for many, many months and found that Dr Leah Totton was the most experienced doctor in UK at thread lifting and so choose her for my treatment. It was the best decision I could have made, Dr Leah was honest and professional but relaxed and approachable, putting me at ease with her easy personality during my consultation and then the treatment. She is calm and instills complete confidence and from the moment I met her I had no doubt I was in the most capable of hands and my results speak for themselves. My thread lift treatment was perfect and I look fresh and younger without looking in any way abnormal or overdone. It is exactly as I had hoped and I can not recommend Dr Leah enough, a fabulous doctor.

Went for some extraction. They did a great job. Really nice venue in Baker Street, super clean. Everyone really friendly, and the procedure went really well. Going back!
