I feel like screaming! I pay my subscription a week before the cut-off date and my account gets suspended. It happens time and time again. Their service is with one word, pathetic.

Worst greedy dstv packages increase every month in uganda 🇺🇬 I am dropping dstv because of the high prices..we got a cheaper option not the recorded shows on dstv..so bad....u need a o.ooo review seriously....

Subscribed to DSTV Stream on Sunday to watch the Miami Men’s final. I just cant connect to a brand new iphone.
Locked in for 12 months at R1 below R700. Its sad. A used-to-be bluechip company uses these hand-behind-the-back tactics to earn income and attempts to remain relevant. Sad.😞

Poor customer service plus day robbery

The tennis coverage in 2024 was excellent. This year it’s pathetic. DSTV is only showing repeats of the previous day’s men’s tennis. No Ladies tennis in the Indian Wells or Miami Open so clearly while we are paying more, DSTV has opted for some cheap and limited coverage. There are constant repeats on so many channels. A complete rip off.

I am so disappointed with DSTV for deciding not show ladies tennis. I am a biggest fan of tennis I pay my account every month just to watch sport. but unfortunately I cannot watch, Coco, Sabalenka etc .
You guys are so cruel. I don't know am I still paying full package.

Honestly, just Watched. They repeat the programmes over and over again. When they are done with a series for example on 117, they show the same series over and over again. Not worth subscribing. We are going to cancel our subscription

After being a subscriber for 25 years I have called it quits. They broke contract by not replacing my decoder as per insurance. After many emails I just got automated responses for two months. The local staff in Nelspruit shop was as responsive as a rock.

DSTV is pathetic and as soon as people are aware of other sports streaming services the sooner y’all will go out of business. If I’m paying for 2 accounts to stream I don’t expect it to be 1 streaming at a time and the other getting kicked out. Your service is horrendous and we are being taken advantage of as customers. You guys are rated less than 2 star on all rating platforms. Pathetic, pathetic, pathetic so F’n pathetic

I get called by their call centre saying they giving free funeral cover to me as a "loyal subscriber". At the end of the call they say it's R82 pm extra. Very underhand and deceitful way to try and extract more money from us

DStv streaming is so far behind in every aspect of functionality, user friendliness and visual quality ….. and at premium price.
How long can this Titanic still keep going!

I had a problem with reconnecting my DSTV package.
After 3 unsuccessful calls to the DSTV call centre,
Elihle Shabalala, a consultant agent at the DSTV call centre sorted out my problem in no time.
He spoke clearly and guided me through the process of reconnecting my DSTV.
Elihle is an absolute star 🌟
He deserves a gold medal for his efficient service and kind assistance.

DSTV’s Service Is Horrible

I’m overseas and was looking to watch the Lakers vs. Timberwolves game. DSTV advertised that they would be streaming live sports, including this game. Based on that, I signed up for the premium streaming package, which cost about $90.

However, once I logged in, the Lakers vs. Timberwolves game was nowhere to be found. That was a complete waste of money. Had I known this beforehand, I would have never signed up.

I then checked the basketball schedule for the next five nights and saw that the Lakers were playing again the following day—but once again, DSTV does not air the game.

I contacted their live chat support to request a refund, explaining that I had signed up just three hours earlier specifically for a game they didn’t broadcast. The agent essentially told me, "No refund for you," despite the misleading advertisement.

Found myself having DSTV insurance without any calls of me joining willingly tried to call their line holding for 1hour till you got cut what type of scam is this

I cancelled DSTV years ago due to the unbelievable rubbish they aired (apart from the live sports broadcasts! Yet, I am billed every month! Are the staff just not competent or not? If you call the call centre you are placed on hold, and you run out of airtime!
I am totally disgusted and disappointed by DSTV!

I write this for the second time,please assist with my account,I paid 3 times but my channels still not playing and I did called yesterday again they didn't assist me .was talking to Nolwazi she only gave me ref no INC1976010,is it fair paying so many times but they said it's pending,how because I did pay.from whatsapp I can't get help,even if I call you you guys seems like you dnt care about customers .fix the error guys today am tired for this poor service of yours

Dstv is failing to refund or credit my dstv account for money they debited for services that i did not request.they upgraded my package without my consent,charged me and debited my account now they are failing to refund back my money 20days later,since I logged a complaint I getting different new story everytime I call,which I've been calling almost everyday.

I would like to complain about sihle and neo that were helping me on whattap app, they gave a horrible service instead of helping me they were offering offer, that is very frustrating when you desperately need help and a person decides to do the opposite, I was very clear on where I need help and they both kept on telling me the amount of money I needed to pay. I wanted to clear the error on dstv and they both never helped me, sihle even went on to telling me that he won't be continuing helping me because I asked if he can not help he can transfer me to another agent and his closing the chat and he did exactly that.
Neo closed the chat before I finished I'm very frustrated and angry with their service, I would have appreciated if they reffered me to online service if they couldn't help then being rude and going around in circles. My number is 0814083481.
