1) My experience with PURCHASING from Dualj was excellent, and I highly recommend this company to anyone who finds their book on it. The lottery system is a bit odd, whereby the "next sale" will match a certain condition but, since I bought a book that is probably not that popular, I indeed received the condition listed which, in my case, was "like new," leaving me a most happy customer. Shipment arrived well-protected and rapidly.

2) The interface whereby to find books, however, is a tad odd. I have been able to find several obscure books through dualj, while others -- which I would have thought they would have had -- have been absent from dualj although commonly available on Amazon. It would seem that Dualj updates their database when enquiries are made so, presumably, it will improve with time.

I ordered an educational text for a literature unit I was doing with my class... it was a hard to find book (out of print), and Dualj made my experience great! It was really easy to work with them, I got the order fast (and cheap!), and the description was spot-on. I will order from them again for sure.

I had a test in my history class after one week from my purchasing day and I wanted to buy the book "Things Fall Apart" from you guys because the price and the time of shimpment were challenging and it would give me 5 days before the test to finish the book.
The reason why I didn't give you guys 4 or 5 stars is that it said it will only take 2 days shipment, but unfortunately it took you guys A WHOLE WEEK to send it to me. So I had to buy the audio book 2 days before the test and I couldn't even finish the whole book!!
The book arrived after the test due day!!!
So yea, Thanks for Nothing!! LoL

I ordered a book on Jan. 26 and has not come (now March 13). Stick with Amazon - you might be paying a few more bucks, but at least you'll get your book... instead of NOTHING, and lose your money.

Yep - no refund. Their customer service is an automated response bot. TOTALLY SKETCHY.

I plan on following up with an investigation through PayPal.

DualJ - I will be harassing you until i get my money back. Count on it.
