I got my visa and insurance for the second time around from this company as they work smoothly and fast. I would highly recommend them not just because they are quick to respond yet, they are also safe and the service is satisfying and organized. Thank you to Ms. Zahra for your kindness and arranging my documents without any hassle. I’m happy with your service! Staff is knowledgeable indeed!

This is the second time we have used this company. They are exceptional agents with the most utmost professionalism and highly informative in terms of processes that are required to get the UAE Visa. There is nothing that they don’t know. There is nothing that they can’t resolve both times I’ve been exceptionally looked after. The second time they guided me and made sure I had the correct information, even when we had a few hiccups on my side they were willing to go the extra mile to assist with making sure that we got the Visa and on time.
Brilliant Agency! They even make sure that you get all your information validated through the official processes they are an incredibly supportive and absolutely brilliant especially if you come to them with a crisis like we did! they will make sure that it’s a crisis that they can resolve for you. I would not use any other Visa service in the UAE apart from these guys… the second time I’ve used them and they have been absolutely phenomenal I cannot stop saying incredible things about them absolutely supportive incredible people

Friendly and helpful service. Just one thing that I didn't know I had to pay for travel insurance. It’s better to make it optional.

No price of insurance is mentioned during the process. Once you've paid for the Visa application and it's processed, they'd withhold the Visa until you pay them the "mandate" insurance fee. I told them that I don't need insurance because I already have my own Travel insurance. They hold my Visa as an extortion and ask me to buy the unnecessary travel insurance.

The WhatsApp communication with Amira Ahmed was excellent. She was very professional and a great help. This is the 5th Visa application I have made with Dubai Visa.

Shame there is no 0 star option because this they don't deserve any star at all.

The service is poor and they are a rip off.
I applied for 48 hour transit visa for Dubai and they charge more than the other visa centres in Dubai.

They did not release my transit visa unless I paid $99 dollars for travel insurance and said its mandatory. But my son whom I sorted his visa with another travel agency charged average amount and released the transit visa without the travel insurance.

Avoid Dubai visa centre.

The visa took longer than normal for approval. When I enquired on what was causing the delay the only response I got was wait. Once the visa was approved they kept trying to get me to purchase COVID insurance despite making it clear I did not want or need it.

The web page is user friendly and the visa was delivered during the timeline that was advertised. Just two areas for consideration 1. It might be ideal to personalise the services as I was assisted without knowing who I was dealing with as emails came without signatures and I initially thought I was scammed 2. The Covid 19 insurance can be optional as I already have a comprehensive global health insurance coverage and I was forced to get Covid 19 insurance that I don't need. Which is duplication and wasting money.

I really want to thank Dubai Visa Center for their professionalism, speed, and availability. They've provided me with the Visa to Dubai in less than 2 days, which has helped me a lot to be in Dubai at the promptest time for my work.
I advise all the people who need to go to Dubai quickly, to trust Dubai Visa Center, they are really professional and communicative 24h/24, 7d/7.
