I am still getting letters harassing me for payment even though the items were returned weeks ago. Please fix this is have contacted you 3 separate times about this.

This is a scam I have sent back the coin and I'm still getting bill from the dublin mint office, late payment fees it's gone up to €43.90 , they're bad news guys avoid. 😡

I’m more than a little disappointed with this service. During the purchase of the Jim Fitzpatrick series, there was no indication that the final piece was a ingot or that this was priced in a different price bracket to the previous coins. This is borne out in the booklet received to collect all coins which clearly shows the last remaining slot to be coin shaped and similar size to previous purchases in the same series.
Based on this booklet, there is no logical reason to assume the final piece would be shaped or priced differently. I now find myself in the impossible position where I now need to pay at least 4 times the previous prices to complete this series. I feel conned to be honest.

I wrote this on an email on the 3rd August and despite the '5 day' turnaround on queries - have had no response. Funnily enough - I've received several notifications for the Queen Medb Ingot though...

Highly recommended to all fantastic company to deal with.

After several orders I discovered that this compeny has no cllue what is actually happening. Its computer system is issuing invoices disregarding the situation and the staff. Essentially every invoice is wrong, or reissued depite the fact that it has been payed...
Now I have returned one product after being talked into the purchase...
Post office gave me proof of postage yet the company DMO simply can´t find it.
Numerous phonecals with the company, emails exchanged and th eparcel is nowhere to be found...
Any efford to contact the company via phone are fruitles. I have told the company that I wish not to receive any more phone offers, yet I was on number of ocassions contacted via phone.
Situation did slihgtly improved only after several registered letters directed to the top management. But deteriorated only few weeks later...
I absolutely regret any business with this company.

the comp. representative replied here with some uther nonsence. E.G. Product was returned some 2 months ago. yet latest invoice was issued 12/08/2021. Prior that I had phonecall with staff clearly not trying to upset me even more. And additional details were provided in my email. Inc. Proof of postage, and fotographic evidence. Together with some pressing questions. And yet no answer was provided. This invoice I receive today 17/08/2021 says clearly:
NOTICE BEFORE PROCEEDINGS !!!!!!!
THIS IS ABSOLUTE FARCE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a coin/medal from here, on the 21st of January gone by. It took ages to get and had not showed up by the time they invoiced me for the second coin in the collection, so by then I had two invoices for two coins that I still had not received two months later. As a result I left a bad review on here for such a poor service.(I deleted the old one) They eventually showed up after I left the negative review on here. The third and fourth coins in the collection arrived in a decent time frame and I paid the invoices just as quick. At this stage all four coins had been paid for. However they left me without the fifth coin in the collection and never even bothered to ship it to me.(The coins are supposed to be shipped monthly) Almost 3 months have passed and I now have an incomplete Building a New Ireland coin collection and they have ignored my messages on their Facebook page, even though they have seen them. Prior to my recent messaging,they did message me back saying that they should have the final coin in stock within two weeks which was several weeks ago now, even though it states on their website that it is available. They have fobbed me off and they now just ignore my recent messages regarding the last coins whereabouts, almost 3 months later. Avoid this company folks, it seems customer satisfaction is not one of their priorities. Utterly dreadful and it's a shame, because what I did eventually receive, was of good quality,but their customer service is a huge, huge letdown.

They are always on time, and the medals are of great quality for free, I'd recommend THE DUBLIN MINT OFFICE to anyone because you won't be disappointed.

Bit slow on delivery and fast on looking for payment. I was classed as overdue when I hadn't yet received the goods. The medal, while quite stunning was disappointingly small in comparison to the rest of the collection -size implied by the casings.

In saying that, it's a lovely piece of art.
