I bought 4 woman’s elbow length tees. Wow! What a change in quality from my last order. The shirts they sent are nothing like what they advertise or the quality they used to be. Very thin material and shrink a full size when washed. These shirts are supposed to be 2 inches longer than normal tee for extra coverage. In reality they are shorter than normal. They are selling garbage items and charging a lot for them. Buyer beware!!

Just purchased 4 long sleeve t-shirts to replace some of my older ones , what a disappointment they are no where close to my old ones, material is thin, they are not as long in the back, I have a lot of clothing from Duluth and I can say what happened to the quality, very disappointing.

Slow. Slow. slow.....

Most all PRODUCTS ARE MADE IN CHINA, not what the company blog says. I ordered ten items from shirts to jeans and AFTER SIX WEEKS MY ORDER IS STILL NOT DELIVERED.
Folks please stop tolerating this treatment and CANCEL YOUR ORDER FOR A CREDIT TO YOUR CHARGE CARD.

management is extremely cruel how they fire seasonal employees. One hour before your shift you get a call from HR telling you your job has ended. Guessing this is a upper management decison (not a local level decesion) Jobs are extremely boring, simple and basic.I worked at the Dubuque Iowa Distribution Center. Most of the training is very poor. Point system very strict. They lose a lot of employees because of this point system. This location has a very high/poor employee retention rate. They lost 20 employees in one day. Avoid working for this company

BUT THEY GIVE ME 50% OFF ALLOWING ME TO SPEND TO REPLACE MY STUFF. I TOLD THEN SRICK IT. I WASTED MY MONEY AND WAS IN TEARS 😢. I AM OUT OF WORK AND TOLD CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR AND FINALLY HIGHEST MANAGER AND NO ONE GAVE A DAM. Don't waste your money buying anything from duluth trading. I had 2 pair of pants with holes and defective. I finally got in touch with Them and sent pics which had to have help to open. Then they tell me it was heavy wear and tear. I spent lots of money with this company and also had jacket that ripped at on cuff. Unwearable. I reported to Wisconsin BBB and filed complaint and they responded to bbb saying there no lifetime warranty or Guarantee, that in fact it was due to wear and tear. So I read others complaining and they never one time excepted responsibility for defeated any thing. Go else where, Anywhere other then duluth, also duluth trading said they reach out and have not done so and in fact I had to contact them and then they got snippet with me and said they have supervisor call me which is not going to happen I bet. Go spend you hard earned money at a better company. This one cares only of your purchases till there is a issue then they don't want to help or make things right. BEWARE THEY WELL NOT OWN THAT THERE PRODUCTS ARE NOT THE QUANTITY IT USE TO BE. ITS FALSE AVERTISING, I NO LONGER EXPECTING ANYTHING BUT BEING STEP ON LIKE A ANT BY A GAINT! WISH THERE WAS A LOWER RATING!!!

I'm an ex long time customer. I ordered a pair of suspenders and base layer...after more than a week no one could tell me when the order would ship. "The warehouse is running a week behind"... I heard that story multiple times

I finally drove 30 miles to a DT store and bought the items.

I then tried to cancel the order ..'can't do that' had to wait for it to be shipped and then return.

I have been chasing the refund on a product that was returned without being opened for the past two weeks...finally, after the 4th or 5th call trying to reconcile what DT said was refunded against what was going to my credit card I finally got it sorted.

Every aspect of this order experience was a disaster. The brand is broken I called today to request my account be deleted. I'm done with them.

During the last year, they have sold Me things that they do not have. They have stated that they had shipped things that were never shipped. Wrong items delivered.- THATS JUST SHIPPING. The website seems to have hidden traps designed to ship you things that you don’t want. I would rather wait in line in a Russian Motor Vehicles Office than wait for their telephone system.

How a company goes from so good to so bad is beyond me. They never even respond to customer email about issues and I sat on hold for almost an hour before giving up. They shipped me the wrong product and then I had to pay to send that back and get the right one, thankfully I only lost $15 over it. Will never shop here again. Buyer beware

Please do not shop online! Purchased sweatpants in a medium and they fit extra-large. Unfortunately, I am stuck with paying the return fee of $7.98!!!! Also, tried contacting them by email and phone with no luck!!!! PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! BIG MISTAKE.

Ordered a pair of boots received only one in the box. Now item is out of stock so no boots. First and last time dealing with them. I should have looked at reviews.

Im contacted the BBB and hope that will resolve my issue. This was my experience: I placed 1 online order, however my bank account had 2 withdrawals for DTC in 2 different amounts. Their online chat shows its not working and to contact customer service. Contacted customer service the first 2 times waiting 30+ mins. The first time it was like someone answered but no one said anything the music stipped the line was still connected. Then the 2nd time the music stops like someone is going to answer and then a fax like sound cones on. Im still on hold for my 3rd call at 45mins. I emailed their customer service and also messaged their facebook page! I even requested a call back. If they treat their customers like this I cant imagine how they treat their employees.
Constructive criticism:
Dont offer online shopping unless you have the staff to assist. Sadly I will never shop here again due to this experience and plan on returning everything I ordered online.

VERY BAD customer service. Extremely long wait times on phone. I am at 3 hours as I write this and still have not talked to a live person. Just bad music and repeating to please stay on the line and that I am being connected with a customer service representative. There is a good possibility that my phone battery could go dead.
The simple problem is that my order is incomplete although it is listed as complete. And since it is a gift for Christmas and I ordered it so that it would get here early, I am so disappointed. All I want to do is get the rest of the order sent before Christmas.
I will not be ordering again from this company. I have lost all faith in this company. Duluth will never be included in consideration for gifts or for purchases.
UPDATE: Duluth did correct their error and sent the rest of the order in time for Christmas.

Women's puffer jacket was very flimsy and cheap looking. It was also way oversized! Neither the medium or small fit me. I sent it back due to poor quality and sizing. Obviously, I did not exchange for an extra small, since the product was or such poor quality. $7.99 to return the jacket because I was returning and not exchanging. What a rip off! Never again will I order from Duluth Trading.

Clothes are good quality and I have always received what I ordered. They don't get in any hurry on shipping, but I know that when I order. They do overload with constant emails, which is annoying! No one buys clothes every day. Ease up!

Do not purchase from this company. They have quality Adams but there is a clone of the trading company that just ripped me off of nearly $100. When I called to check on my order, they said that that wasn’t one of their order numbers. They said they knew they had a clone and had been trying to get it taken down. Apparently they didn’t try hard enough. The clone uses their trademark and there is that copy of a sale. There’s no way that you can tell that you are being taken advantage of because it looks exactly like their receipts.

Worst online store ever. No customer service and no customer support. There is no way that I will ever do business with this company again if you do wish to buy some of their clothing, I suggest the only way to do that is at one of their stores because they’re online ability to deal with things is zero or right next to zero

Their return policies are outdated. Sending something back is very pricey, unless you exchange the item for a different size or color of the same item. I threw away a very uncomfortable bra I bought on their website because the cost of returning the bra would be as much as the cost of buying the bra, and since it's so uncomfortable, exchanging for a different color isn't going to make it better. What a waste of money.

I ordered 2 sets of bibs that arrived as promised. They kept me informed via text as to the status of my order. The quality of these bibs far surpass my blue jeans. The fit was the same as the size I wear in blue jeans with no issues. One customer complained the size was off but I didn't find that to be the case at all. Another complained the shoulder straps keep needing adjusting, but mine haven't moved at all. If they did, a quick sew job should hold them firm. The quality of the material is great. I got caught on a fence, the material didn't rip and I didn't get scratched. It also holds up to dirt quite well as my bibs aren't showing signs of being dirty after a weeks worth of use moving dirt.

They keep shipping this by post office. The post office is terrible at delivering packages. Post office lost a package from Duluth. I contacted Duluth and they said they would for sure ship it UPS. Nope. Shipped again by post office. It will never arrive and I’m out $200 for a winter coat I will now have to buy from a different retailer.
