If I could leave zero stars I would. A. I ordered on December 15th and B. it never shipped which I found out today when I reached out because the tracking had never updated. It took 45 minutes for an agent to come into the chat. They said it would ship tomorrow. December 24, imagine that you can't ship out in a timely manner. She said they were behind in shipping. So fine, could I just cancel the order, it won't arrive in time. Their response: We are unable to cancel or modify any order once it is submitted.
So they never shipped it, now they'll ship it tomorrow, AND I can't cancel it.
I asked her to set up a return for the order and send the return label to my email. She ended the conversation without responding to my request.
Literally ended the conversation without providing a resolution. ZERO care in customer care. I will NEVER order from Duluth again.

I am extremely frustrated with your online store. I have one order that says it has been fulfilled but it has not. Another order I placed on December 15th because shipping was guaranteed by Christmas. Currently on 12/23 I have not received any communication that the order has even been processed much less shipped. At this point it might be a Christmas miracle. The only tracking I have is from Paypal that records the order as pending.

The absolute worst fulfillment and return experience I have experienced with online shopping. No updates on order status for over a week other than what they must have considered a cute note that read "Rest Assured, We’re Cranking On That Order" and provided no specifics. Return policy is you pay for return shipping ($10) regardless of the reason. Never again for me.

I'd give a zero if I could. Placed an order over a week ago. Email confirming my order. No update on shipping, my account shows no order placed. Credit card had shown order amount pending, now nothing on my credit card. Confident that I am now having to find other Christmas gifts last minute.

I understand it's the holidays and lead times are longer howeverI'm beginning to think Pony Express is back in business. I just received my 3rd delivery date for 2 SHIRTS‼️I am in Philly and my order has been to Utah, Nevada and now on its way to Ohio. I now realize there are locations in Pa. and NJ however I am a Senior and am not fighting my way through crowded Malls. This order is a one and done for me and Duluth Trading‼️🤬 I have to be honest here, the Lead Time needs to be addressed but the shirts I bought for my son-in-law.exceeded my expectations. I could not believe the weight for 2 shirts. Quality is great and the pricing for the product was even better. I a changing my rating based on product only.

There is no customer service to speak of...phone wait times are ridiculously long - 60-90 minutes. Chat is just as much of a joke and no response to email! Ordered 2 pr boxers on 12/1/24. Supposedly shipped, supposedly delivered on 12/17 - then notified they were mistakenly sent somewhere else. Tracking then said delivery on the 18 - then the 19 - then the 20 & 21. NO BOXERS!!!! Do Not Do Business with these people!!!!! The absolute worst!
Poor customer support
As a couple of the other reviewers have mentioned, customer support is terrible. Was on hold for an hour and a half only to be told my order won’t be delivered until January 2nd! Three weeks for delivery is ridiculous, especially when they don’t even offer expedited delivery. In addition, I didn’t even sign up for the discount if you opt in for email advertising and I’m getting bombarded with emails from them. Of course, none of the emails tell me the status of my order!
Customer Service is awful
This is a great company as long as you go to a store or nothing is wrong with your online order. They sent my order with half of my items missing and replaced by completely wrong items. After waiting for an hour and half on the phone a customer service agent finally talked to me. I tell them the issue and then they put me on hold again before hanging up. After another 1.5 hours I still haven't been able to contact anyone. Something needs to change with their customer service department so they can actually handle issues when they come up.
The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced
I’ve always had a good experience with this company because I never had to return anything. But a shirt that I had bought for my son for Christmas was too big and it was a Christmas shirt so I returned it immediately and they had it in their possession by 5 December. You cannot reach this company now by phone not by text. They will send you an email saying they’ll get back to you in 3 to 4 days but they never will. He will not have this shirt for Christmas. I will absolutely never buy a thing from this company again, the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

What a huge disappointment with my order!!!! I placed an order on December 11th and just heard back today December 19th and the email started with "well oops....." That is unacceptable telling me one of my items are no longer available. I placed it order 8 days ago, you already charged me for my entire order and you said in the email that we won't charge fir the item I would never recommend this company to anybody just awful!

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. PLACED AN ORDER ON 12/2/24 AND PART OF THE ORDER IS MISSING AND ITS NOW 12/19/24. THEY'VE MADE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH WAIT TIMES BETWEEN 60-80 MINUTES WHENEVER I CALL THEM. NO RESPONSE TO MULTIPLE EMAILS.

Made an order on cyber Monday. Duluth decided to use a low quality shipping carrier. ONTRAC they are TERRIBLE. Do you own research on this company they are trash. The VIP of shipping must not have heard of google search engine because a quick search would tell you everything you need to know about them. They are constantly losing /stealing packages. After waiting and hour and half to speak to a person at Duluth because they did not plan accordingly for the holiday season I was informed they would not fast track any shipping to make the issue right. ONTRAC claimed they tried to deliver the package on December 13th but was unable to due to "safety concern" I live in a single family residential neighborhood. The time in question I was also home. Like many others now I have security cameras ONTAC never was at my house. And now on December 19th they still have no attempted a redelivery. Duluth says there is nothing they can do about it or ship another order. They decided to put their reputation on line by hiring the lowest bidder now I will not be receiving my gifts in time or at all. DULUTH does not stand behind their name I would never recommend this company to anyone.
Terrible Service
I placed an order on December 8th and it hasn't shipped 10 days later - at the holidays! I called customer service and all they could report is "it is taking 7-10 days" to ship. This is after waiting on hold for over an hour, basically, to find out absolutely nothing about the status of my order. If you want something by Christmas - order from someone else.

My order was short two items. I waited on customer service phone for an hour even though it said wait time was 1-5 minutes. Still waiting for chat over 30 min. Terrible job anticipating costumer repsonse to sale. I may open a dispute with Visa and let them handle it. To bad because I love there products. Update: I finally got through to costumer service. They were very helpful once I got through. I blame the management for for not having more service reps. Get your act together!

Like another post on here you have NO staff to accommodate Christmas issues. Horrible customer service
This company might have some great deals from time to time but to be able to get a hold of someone to cancel an order you placed weeks ago and was billed for is ridiculous. Every time you try to cause it’s always one hour wait and then they suggest you chat online which just repeatedly gets you nowhere. This company has horrible customer service. I wouldn’t spend your money there. Pay a little more and get the better services you deserve!

I have bought from them before and been happy with the products and hapopy with the in-store staff.The problem is with their online ordering which apparentlt they cannot handle at all.I placed an order on 12/7/24 and as of 12/17 it still has not shipped. This is unacceptable in this day and age. I have called twice and spent overe 2 hours holding to wait to speak to a person. They hgave beenn extremely unhelpful in every way possible. They can't or wont cancel they order, they can't tell me when it will ship, and they can't even go into the system and edit the shipping address because they are taking so long that if they do ever ship my order I won't be home to receive it. The worst actually NO customer service
The worst customer service! Still waiting on order placed weeks ago! Actually NO customer service- you wait and wait them a pre- recorded message states you have 30-45 minute wait. Duluth obviously has no idea that Christmas and Christmas orders are an annual event and have no business model to accommodate the Christmas ordering season.
Don’t waste your time and money with Duluth especially during the holidays!! One star is overrated for Duluth.

WORST COMPANY EVER!!! 3 weeks after order still haven’t received all my items! I tried calling customer service and no one ever answered. I was on the phone an hour. I tried emailing no one ever emailed me back. I tried canceling my order. They didn’t cancel it please for your sake don’t order from these people. They are AWEFUL!!
