I had an issue that I myself caused and it was responded to the same day.NICE TO SEE A COMPANY THAT IS HUMAN RESPONSE RATHER THAN SLINGING THE T&CS IN YOUR FACE TO SAVE A BUCK.💞 If the parcel arrives I will give 4* but time will tell.😄
I found it a bit pricey, I thought the member ship fee 10€ for bronze, which is really fair would cover the few parcels I get sent but I still have to pay 16€ for each item I want passed on.31€ if it is to be tracked. EACH ITEM. This changes my membership to 74-134€ per month as a BRONZE MEMBER.
I know maybe I shouldn't but I think it's a bit wrong as I know it can be sent a lot cheaper. I don't think 12€ is fair as a handling fee either as I've worked on a line and know it's very simple, but as there are no flights I can't get it myself.
They say you get 30credits per month? If this is true then this is easily a 5* site but I will update when I know for sure......🇬🇧Melinoe-Donna

While mail forwarding services exist in many other countries, it’s a one of a kind service in the Netherlands. The sign-up process is straightforward and responses to queries via email often come within the same day. Receiving and forwarding mail is done with a click of the mouse. So all in all, for those that need a post address in the Netherlands, look no further...

There is no transparency around pricing which is grossly inflated. I should have listened to the previous review about their dodginess and used another service. When you sign up they don't give any information about pricing, they insist you use "credits" to pay for services but don't tell you how much money these credits will cost you (surprise surprise, they cost a bomb!). The price for the shipping is the same as the cost of my designer garment, and its not even for an express service. This will be the most I have EVER paid for any shipping. They don't allow you to buy the amount of credits you actually need for services, you can only buy credits in lots of 10 or more, so they gouge you again. Customer service never replies and the website says they only reply if your communication hasn't been addressed on their FAQ page, however they don't even have much info on FAQs. An FAQ page also can't even address some questions... that's a pretty pitifful attempt at customer service. Honestly this is ridiculous and the business is a joke, I can't believe they're getting away with it. Save yourself some heartache and go elsewhere. Unbelievable

Recently, I started a master's degree in Germany and wanted to buy a new laptop. Although there are several options here, most of them come with a german keyboard layout (QWERTZ). I couldn't find any way to configure the laptop i wanted with a US keyboard. The most convenient solution was to buy it in Netherlands and have it delivered to Germany.

I found a great deal at a store there, however, they do not deliver outside the Netherlands and Belgium. Therefore, I had to find a trusted forwarding company. After searching a lot on the internet and contacting several agencies, it was obvious that Dutchmailer was the only one that can receive the item and forward it to me. At first, I was hesitated as i didn't find much information and reviews about them on the internet. Even on reddit, some people were asking if somebody had experiane with Dutchmailer, but they didn't get enough answers. Therefore, I decided to write my own experience to help others.

It started by creating a "golden" profile as the package dimensions were relatively big! I had a small problem with the registration system in the beginning, but the customer support solved it so fast! The customer support is very active and friendly. The website itself is very comprehensive and user friendly. At the moment you register, u will receive an address in the Netherlands which you can use when placing your order. Once the order arrives, you can forward it to any location you want!

The prices are moderate! They are not expensive and meanwhile, not the cheapest (when it comes to forwarding). But anyway, they are the only service providers in Netherlands. The packages are processed every week in the golden plan and you can add a wide range of extra services for small extra fees. I'm so much satisfied that i didn't miss the great deal and could eventually buy my laptop.
