I had been searching for three bbc documentaries shown on tv periodically but not available to buy. Eventually I found Dvd Planet Store. The titles were not in there listing but no bother i contacted them and told them exactly what I wanted. They replied with the costs and the quality of the recording and the sequence leading to receiving the dvds should I decide to proceed. Proceed I did and from the first enquiry 6th December the process kept me informed and flowed seamlessly until on 20th December a well protected package arrived containing four dvds boxed and labeled as if bought over counter. The packing could not be any better the speed from the beginning to receiving was amazing and having watched the dvds the quality was better than expected. The whole process was great and I would have no hesitation in using and recommending Dvd Planet Store again. Thank you so much for completing my search.

I ordered two British TV series on 20th November that had not been released on DVD in the UK. I was advised that these were available in the UK on a subscription platform. I was given the option to access them that way and cancel the order or to continue with the order as placed. I opted for the latter.
As an international order I had to pay via bank transfer to a UK-based bank account. I made the transfer and hoped for the best.
The DVDs arrived by courier on 12th December. The packaging was very safe and secure. All the DVDs came in cases surrounded by bubblewrap. The cases had artwork associated with the series as did the DVDs themselves.
I checked all the DVDs (7 in all) to make sure that all the discs played, all the episodes had been included and the quality was decent / legitimate. Six of the DVDs were fine. One was damaged - not in transit but it had a production mark on it. I queried this and received a digital replacement within a couple of days.
Vendor communication was clear and professional throughout.
Overall, I'm really pleased with how things went and I'd purchase more DVDs through this vendor in the future if the need arises.

I went through DVD PLANET STORE to obtain a foreign film I had seen in USA theatre - but could not find for sale Anywhere!!! They went to great lengths to find the movie (it couldn't be found anywhere at the time) It took several weeks for them to procure the movie & send it to me -- But they communicated with me almost daily to keep me posted! I received it in good condition. I couldn't be happier with my experience!!

Just completed my first order with DVD Planet Store. Thru internet searching, I found that DVD PS had the old television series "Sex and Violence", which I had previously been unable to find. So I ordered it. I had several informative emails from DVD PS staff, among them letting me know that the DVD's were special made and would play All Region. I was OK with that. Anyway, I received the 3 DVD set with cover sleeve art a few weeks later here in Arizona. Sure enough, they all play well on my DVD player and the color, contrast and quality of the discs are great! Pretty great. They carry items you can not find anywhere else. The shipping is expensive to the US but that's hardly their fault. I ordered two seasons of a show. They arrived very protected and well packaged. I've only played the first disc but it looks great with a solid menu. Hope the rest do as well. The commercials could've been edited out a little better but until WB gets their heads out of their... And release this on DVD themselves, in just grateful to have it.

The delivery of the DVD movie from Pakistan to the Czech Republic was very fast (in 3 days) and reliable, also thanks to the carrier DHL express. The shipment came very carefully packed and delivered 100% in order. I must appreciate the care and thoroughness of the DVD Planet Store employees, they are the first (out of my about 30 customs clearances) who sent the order documents for customs clearance. So I only filled out the online form. There was also very good email communication. I am 100% satisfied with the services of this seller and I highly recommend it to everyone.
