I was looking for the horror movie Exit33 and couldn't find it anywhere. Checked here and they had it. Were able to send it to me in a DVD case with original artwork. Played it and it works great. They kept in touch me throughout the process. Would definately recommend them to anyone.

The DVDs were supplied in a 4-disk plastic case with a printed pictorial label, including the title on the spine. The case was inside a bubble-wrap bag, surrounded by cardboard, and then inside another bubble-wrap bag.

The cardboard middle layer had a dent from an impact, but it protected the inner bubble-wrap bag, and the DVD case was undamaged.

The package arrived on 13 Apr 2023, a day earlier than the tracking report stated. However, it was left in an outside mailbox without requiring a signature, which makes it a target for mail thieves.

I spot-checked all 16 episodes and found no problems with the audio or video. The image quality was much higher than the screengrab samples they sent me.

The only minor shortcoming is that the disk-release buttons on the two inner disks (2 and 3) are harder to release, but I can remedy that with the judicious use of fine-grit sandpaper.

Emily in Customer Service was always helpful and replied to all my questions in a timely manner.

Overall, I am extremely pleased with the DVDs, which I had been unable to find anywhere else, and will not hesitate to purchase from DVD Planet Store in the future.

Got the Ritchie Blackmore story; which is only avaible on streaming services; Now Got The Hardcopy.

DVD Planet was great about working with me to get the DVD needed for a class at our college. I had asked that the DVD shipment be expedited to make it in time for the class and they went above and beyond my expectations to get it to me ASAP. The DVD arrived in great condition, very well packaged.

I have to admit I was a bit concerned ordering this DVD from an unknown entity. However, product was received sooner than anticipated and it was very securely packaged. Excellent condition as far as I can see. Will update review after I play it.

My experience here was exceptional. I was a little reticent about ordering from so far away from Canada (Pakistan), but the staff kept me informed as to the status of my dvds, and everything went without a hitch. I had searched everywhere online for a copy of 24: India season 1 but had no luck. Then I came across dvdplanetstore. The staff that I communicated with via email were very friendly, helpful and quick to respond. They gave me options such as if I wanted season 2 as well. Once the order was dispatched it arrived quickly considering it had to travel from Pakistan to the UK. It was well packaged and not damaged. I am overjoyed to finally be able to watch a show which I have been hunting for so long. The price was very reasonable taking into account shipping costs. I was a bit dubious sending a £50 payment to an address that seemed to be linked to Pakistan but my concerns were unjustified. The service was exemplary. My emails were always responded to within 48 hours and my item was delivered within the suggested time frame. The DVD itself was very well packed and in mint condition when it arrived. I am absolutely delighted with this company and will definitely be using them again should the need arise.

I was looking for a TV series I was not able to get on YouTube or as an official DVD. By hazard I came across DVD Planet Store. I must admit, I was a little skeptical at the beginning, but made the remittance. Communication with them was very friendly, open, and finally the requested DVDs reached me in the condition as offered, and luckily undamaged despite their long journey from Pakistan to Germany.
The only negative aspect for me are the high shipping charges from Pakistan to Germany, but I knew this from the beginning, and it is not the fault of DVD Planet Store.
So I am very satisfied with their performance, and if the opportunity rises, I will surely order from thm again.

While it did take a while to receive the DVD 'Bunks', It's Video and Sound was of excellent quality. I will be coming back should I find a Movie that I would like to own, but can't find anywhere.

For some inexplicable reason, I could not find access to two titles as Region 1 and NTSC format disks.
I had been a customer of DVDPlanet Store back in 2010 when they were a U.S.-based business. So I was a little concerned dealing with a foreign company.

But after scouring the internet, to the extent of my limited expertise, and the fact that they appeared to be the only game in town for my specifications (Reg. 1, NTSC), I bit the bullet and sent in my order.

What I received, as described, were two DVD -R disks with graphic inserts in traditional plastic cases, though each disk had also been placed in a clear plastic envelope for additional protection - a nice touch.

Though a little pricey, my goal wasto get these two titles for my library.

I am very pleased doing business with DVDPLANETSTORE.PK and will consider them my source of last resort.
