I bought an item from DWI and it was delivered very quickly in early March 2017. However, the drama started when I opened the parcel.

The packaging arrived open as I thought it was part of their quality control before despatch. Upon inspection, there were scratches on the side of the phones. When I open an eBay return case, ebay offered 10% stocking fee. The seller had asked me to closed the case and send the item or inspection back to item. I made the mistake and followed their instruction. I had to follow up after they received it 2 weeks earlier, their RMA department concluded it has only sold to me (but I have stated this arrived comestically damaged) and their gave me an option having to accept the item or offer me a 80% refund. This was never stated anywhere in their terms and conditions.

Because they had asked me to closed the return case, the item is now not listed in my eBay activity. I had asked eBay and PayPal to assist but they kept directing me to the other for assistance.

I ordered a Motorola Moto G4 mobile phone on a Thursday evening it was delivered to my house in Perth Australia early the following Monday morning. The phone was less expensive and had twice the memory of the same phone I could purchase locally. This is my second purchase from DWIdigitalcameras and I am extremely happy with their products and service.

Ordered phone (sourced from HK) on Friday and it arrived three days later! And this was regular shipping, not express!
Online chat had an instant answer to my question, "is Google Play Services pre-installed?"
As for the Huawei Mate 9 Pro, it leaves your Apples and Samsungs looking quite medieval.

Dont buy from them. They do not give you any warranty if something goes wrong. I purchaed a phone... arrived faulty out of the box... its now more than 1 month since i sent it back at my cost no resolution yet... no money and no phone

DWI had a quick delivery but unfortunately the product I bought was working for 2 weeks only. The online warranty claim process on DWI web is very confusing. Phone numbers are for pre-sale only. Chat is not very helpful and I have not received any response after lodging the warranty claim online.

They have my brand new, less than 2 week old mobile Motorola phone that has a manufacturing fault of a broken sim card pin and they won't replace my phone I have payed them to repair a fault I think is there's, so I can have a phone, the problem is I have been waiting nearly 40 days and there doesn't seem any sign of this overpriced phone. And the scary part is, I'm not alone...
