broken ski
We are an athletic family and have been skiing for over 40 years. In late 2023, we purchased 3 pairs of Dynastar skis. On the 8th day of skiing, 1 of these skis broke on the slopes for no reason. The ski broke on a screw that screws the binding onto the ski. Fortunately, no physical injuries occurred. Upon returning from winter sports, we went back to the store to get a new ski. But Dynastar says this breakage was caused by careless handling of the ski and we are not getting any compensation. Surely it cannot be that a 600 euro ski (bought on sale) breaks on the 8th day of skiing!!! The skis are neatly transported in a ski box, they are in a locker during the vacation and they are carefully skied. We are disappointed and angry. We, as well as people around us, never buy Dynastar brand skis again.
