I have done education fees payment of 50591 on 1st Nov 2024 in easymydeal app and transaction was disappeared on settlement date (today) since I was trying to open the app it's giving me check your internet connection error, also unable to reach out to customer care.i have read negative reviews about app.kindly help me to refund my money back

I have done payment of 30000 and 20000 fee payment from my credit card card but its not credited yet . And now app is also not working i traied to login online but its also not working showing account suspended suspended

it is a fraud and fake app, I lost my money, I made a credit card payment as rent payment, and they said it will take 2 days, but even after 2 days the beneficiary has not received the money, The app is not working nor the website,

whoever has given a positive review is fake they are paid review, I downloaded this app after watching youtube video, my mistake I didn't go through the review before making the transactions

My amount is also on hold. I have to pay my bill on 31st August. It’s showing I will get my money on30th August. But it’s still pending

I recharged this Airtel number 9748457639 at 01 Am at night at 18th Nov 2023 but still, it is not showing and I can't make any calls, it asks me to recharge, please check it or else refund my amount. I called your IVR number 10 times but nobody responded.
Do the needful as early as possible, it is very urgent for me, I am really disappointed.
