We rented a car from Paddy. It was a last minute trip and paddy had it sorted, no problems. The car was comfortable and clean. Very easy to deal with.

Fantastic Services, Great Value honest prices, You must read the Terms and Conditions before booking and you will be fine and get a great deal, like any Low Cost Airline etc.
If not sure pick up the phone and the Team will answer any questions and even make the booking for you so you know what your getting and what your paying, Simple

I was very happy with the service provided, the staff were very helpful, in particular Paddy.

Would not recommend this company at all, arrived Friday morning to be told there is no car available even though it was prebooked, and on the account it said booking confirmed. Received no calls, no emails to be told it had been cancelled or no car was available. Such an unprofessional advisor on the phone, when I called the office. Was essentially told to suck it up, there is no car available. Luckily Europcar saved the day. Will probably get a generic pathetic reply to this review to email regarding this matter or something silly

Overall the price was fairly reasonable compared to the main car rentals at the airport. However be aware that the price is much higher than it first appears. Our flight was delayed so we were charged a late pick up fee even though it was only 7 pm and within the office opening hours. We were then told that we had to pay for an upgrade. We chose to pay for insurance but didn’t receive a copy of this by email. This feels dodgy but thankfully no issues. In total we paid almost £500 for 6 days car hire.
The operative was perfectly polite and friendly but gave conflicting info that didn’t really make sense.
The car was very nice and the pick up and drop off from the airport fine. I don’t think I will use them again.You are lured in by an initial very cheap price then have to haggle.

Extremely efficient, prompt & friendly service from Alex on car return.
Not such good collection service 3 days earlier - under-resourced so rep was juggling multiple collections & shuttles from airport & it was a painfully slow process. Car was excellent.
