I had an amazing experience with easthams solicitors for my personal injury claim,especially with Rebecca ( initial process ) who was , very responsive and kept me up to date with the progress of my claim . very professional. Once liability has been admitted ,my case was taken over by Stuart ,who was really helpful especially in guiding and explaining each bit in details .Yes of course ,I did numerous researches to understand this process and what to expect using various social media platforms .I am really happy with the final negotiations and proactiveness throughout the process .By his grace ,I have received more than I have even expected .

I was run over in September I was honest with the doctors and hospital about the injury, I was in pain with torn muscles but nothing to serious, I did everything asked turned up to my appointments on time and this week was paid out the compensation due to me, very efficient and they did exactly what they told me they would. Easy to use app, updated with all the steps you need to do

Really good advice and so helpful. Made selling my house so easy and simple. The correspondence was very prompt and informative. Great service and will definitely use again in the future. Thankyou so much to Kim and Adele for all your efforts.

Kim was quick and helpful to sort out problems as they became apparent. Reasonably priced.

They were very helpful and friendly. They talked me through all my options so I had a good idea of what to expect.

They kept me informed throughout the proceedings (via phone and email), although there were long periods of time where nothing happened, as we had to wait on the other party or the courts.

They were successful in court for me, and managed to get a higher claim than I was expecting (but lower than what they wanted).

They have an app, but this stopped working for me at one point, as a new version didn't work on my older phone. I upgraded my phone and it worked again, but then I just stopped receiving updates though it. Not sure why. Still, they kept in touch via email and phone, so it wasn't a problem.

Overall, I'm very happy with their service and the outcome they were successful in getting for me.

We recently moved house and used Easthams for the conveyancing. Kim and Adele were excellent throughout, keeping us well informed and they were happy to answer any of our questions. Kim answered all questions efficiently, and progressed/chased queries without any need to a nudge. I recommend their service and will use again in the future if/when needed.

From start to finish was very easy to deal with, Easthams took care of everything. Downloading the app made everything streamlined and made sure nothing was missed. Stuart took care of my claim and was very efficient making sure I was informed every step of the way. It was all no fuss and very little for me to deal with. As much as these things are usually hard work this was no work at all. Highly recommended.
