Price matched Amazon, but...
Amazon were offering the best price for an external hard drive but as I would prefer to buy from an independent retailer I was happy to proceed with ESV when they offered to price match Amazon. However a subsequent email asking for help with an unrelated problem went unanswered which is not a good sign. I have purchased 5 external hard drives from ESV so feel justified in expecting a reply even if any sale that could result, might be of little value.

There was a real person, providing prompt responses, knowing exactly what I needed to know, and actioning everything they said they would. PLUS the price I paid was cheaper than anywhere else. I don't usually operate in this sector, so was a little unsure about engaging with a non Black Magic retailer. But I'm very glad that I did.

Stellar customer service, great price, quality product.
I was looking at a Solidcom C1 Pro Hub 8S comms system recently for our church tech team. Richard was great at assessing our needs, and put me in contact with the UK distributor of Hollyland to make absolutely sure the system would work for our situation. It took some back and forth over email and phone, and Richard and Andy were both incredibly helpful and patient. We've ended up with a solution that is high quality, flexible and will grow with the team here. Can't recommend these guys highly enough.

Hadn’t come across Eastwood Sound and Vision before and was a bit wary. But the customer service was excellent when enquiring about a product, and purchasing was fast and easy and delivered promptly. Would be happy to buy from them again.
