What great service and customer handling
As soon as the order is placed you get a response, any follow up questions are addressed and any changes to delivery time are accomodated for. Feedback is great and you know what is happening when and where at all times. I have used them more than once and found their level of customer servie to be excellent.

AV Supplier with Great Customer Service & Competitive Prices
Ordered a RME audio interface on-line : it was available for immediate despatch at a very competitive price :) web-site works well AND if you set up an on-line account ( free & quick to do , which i did ) for each £ you spend you are given reward points to get discounts off the next purchase. Win-Win. So , i immediately placed another order ( yep ! ) for an i/o expander to go with the RME interface. Again , price was already good , but even better with the added discount.! Customer Service excellent - had some email chatter to let them know i had placed a second order , and they made sure this was packed in the same box as the first. Next day delivery and everything as it should be. Perfect !!

Very good first experience
Very good first experience. Did have a technical question regarding a purchased product. Although they didn't have the answer they could point me in the right direction and the problem I was having was quickly resolved. Haven't used them before but certainly will again.
