Thiese are the worst sheds on the market.
Cheap & nasty product, thin, flimsy metal, poor design, NO PRE PUNCHED HOLES & takes 2 days to assemble.
DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR & GET AN ABSCO SHED INSTEAD, THEY ARE MOSTLY CLIP TOGETHER & HAVE PRE DRILLED HOLES SO IT WILL TAKE A FEW HOURS TO BUILD - NOT 2 WHOLE DAYS.
Even once assembled & erected these Easysheds are very weak & flimsy & I don't expect it to last very long.

Firstly, I'd like to say the shed itself is great. The quality is good, it looks good, and it feels like it’ll last a long time.

But calling the company “EasyShed” is very misleading. One of the main reasons I purchased it was because I wanted to avoid a painful build experience, yet this was easily one of the worst assembly experiences I’ve ever had. It took my father and me almost 2.5 days to build.

If you want to market yourselves as “EasyShed,” at least provide pre-drilled holes. It’s obvious this is a cost-saving measure, but it comes at the expense of the customer’s time and sanity.

I normally wouldn’t complain, but the branding sets an expectation that simply doesn’t match the actual experience.

This company is an absolute disgrace.
I purchased a shed in good faith on the basis of "free delivery". However, they then refused to deliver the shed unless I paid an additional $99. When I pointed out to them that seeking to impose an additional charge without any notice at the time of purchase is unlawful, they stopped responding to my communications and their call centre says, basically, tough luck, there is nothing they can do.
They have not delivered the shed or provided any refund.
Avoid this company at all costs.
Do not be fooled by their massive spend on Google ads - they are clearly spending more money on Google ads and ripping off genuine customers than they are on their poor quality sheds or customer service.
There are much, much better places to buy a shed than this dishonest company, and judging by other reviews you will also get a much better quality shed if you go elsewhere.

A nightmare to put together, flimsy. Who would make you join c channels to make a 3 mt length. Cheap poor quality. Doors are near impossible to align. Huge time to make panels then assemble. Never again.would not recommend at all.

DO NOT BUY FROM EASYSHED!!!

We bought a garden shed from Easyshed. We wanted to do the right thing and support an Australian company despite there being numerous cheaper competitors.

When we opened the box from Easyshed, EVERY SINGLE WALL PANEL WAS SCRATCHED.

See the photos - EVERY SINGLE WALL PANEL IS SCRATCHED. There are plenty more photos of the scratches, that's just a sample.

We contacted Easyshed. They apologised and offered a 6.3% reimbursement and can of paint. We refused as it is not representative of how there is damage to EVERY SINGLE WALL PANEL. We considered obtaining a 100% refund. However in an attempt to find a compromise we requested a 50% reimbursement. It would cost them money to collect the damaged shed they sold us, replace it with an entirely new shed that is not scratched, and reship it to us.

Easyshed said they would meet us "halfway" and then offered to increase the reimbursement offer to 10.1%. 1) That's not meeting in the middle. 2) That's still not representative of how there is damage to EVERY SINGLE WALL PANEL they sold us.

Under the ACCC this is a "Major problem with a product" as it "is very different from the description" and involves "problems that would stop someone buying the product if they knew about them beforehand". We NEVER would have purchased a shed from Easyshed had we known it would be damaged on EVERY SINGLE WALL PANEL.

EASYSHED sold this sheds claiming it was new when it was in fact delivered damaged. That goes completely against Australian consumer law. We refused their offer and again requested the same reimbursement. They have now gone quiet and not responded to our email for 2 weeks.

This is Easyshed's fault for delivering a damaged product. We never asked for this. Massive regret going with Easyshed.

DO NOT BUY FROM EASYSHED!!!

Ordered an aviary from Easyshed and they have changed my delivery date 5 times now! I'm wondering if it's ever going to arrive at this rate and I can't keep taking time off waiting for it to come and they don't even let you know every time they cancel! Terrible customer service. I've asked for a refund twice and they don't reply other than just give yet another delivery date and time. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Two people two days, and we are still not finished, tiny little shed . It has been an absolute nightmare, bordering on the ridiculous

Nothing easy about it. Took ages to come and you need a professional to build it. The opposite of ikea make it yourself furniture.

Easyshed has no customer service. God help you if you need spare parts.
Have been waiting for a few parts for over 2 months now. They are in the warehouse, they just keep delaying delivery without reason.
Avoid Easyshed at all costs

But hey the salesman Shaun Johnson did his job. After you pay ask him a question and it’s not his department .

This was one of the best online experiences we have had. Great communication re delivery of a very high-quality product. Our son's Zinc 3m x 3m Gable Roof Shed was everything it said it would be and more. Our son actually set his shed on a wooden deck and up off the ground. It is perfect.

Worst shed, literally hundreds of screws that puts dints on your shed where you screw the screws in and the shed easily scratches. Also doesn’t feel like strong structure shed, I don’t believe it will last long.

The most ridiculously complicated bike shed to put together! Do not believe the Easy 5 step process advertised on the website! There are approx 34 steps in the manual! The worst shed and terrible customer service! I advise you to read all of the negative reviews on Reddit before purchasing!

I bought my shed and left it in the box until I had time to assemble it. First I found one piece that differed from the other identical part numbers. I wasn't sure if the instructions were incorrect, so logged a customer service job requesting clarification. I started to assemble other walls and the shed door, finding more parts, with identical part numbers, that were different lengths. I'm not talking a few millimetres, I'm talking centimetres and rebates in the wrong position. It became obvious to me that the manufacturing process for this shed was not accurate.

By this time customer support contacted me and confirmed the original part was the wrong length and that I should cut it to the correct size and put the rebate in the correct position. In all, I had to cut and adjust seven parts of the shed to make identical part numbers match.

I was told it was a shame that I hadn't unpacked all components and checked them for quality and quantities within 5 business days, in accordance with Clause d of the T&C's. And highlighted in bold at the end of the statement I was sent "Thereafter, the Buyer releases the Seller from all liability in respect to the quality and quantity of components." So, if you plan to put any shed together from this company, after 5 days they have no accountability.

Sadly, the major issue is the shed quality and the fact this clause is needed. My advice is to avoid Easyshed. Either head for a supplier that delivers wall panels whole or, if you don't mind putting together the meccano kit (like me), just head to a supplier who ensures quality at the factory.

What a dreadful experience. Poor quality shed, no pre-drilled holes, screws popping through presenting a danger to childrens' hands & eyes, missing parts, parts cut to wrong size, sheets delivered damaged, support team refusing to accept responsibility or take back damaged parts, failed deliveries, failed collections, no communications, rude staff. If I had my time again I would have never have touched this company. They mislead by saying their product is easy to put together - it's a nightmare (Airtasker now won't touch them). They claim they are the best in Australia - in my experience they are one of the worst!

These sheds are rubbish, nothing matches up, measurements are off, instructions are rubbish. I’ve put up many sheds in my 50 working years so I’m not a novice, but these guys are ripping off customers….
Better off to go to Bunnings and get theirs for half the cost it’s the same rubbish!

Without doubt one of the worst products I’ve ever bought. There is nothing “easy” about these sheds nor are they good quality. Firstly, I was expecting a colorbond shed and what arrived was powder coated so panels were already scratched and dented before I got everything out of the box. I contacted the company and they said their sheds were top quality and would send me some spray paint (never did). I wanted compensation and couldn’t believe they thought it was acceptable and a can of spray paint was a suitable resolution. My brother, who is a tradie, helped me install the shed and said it was the worst thing he’s ever had to put together (and he’s built other sheds and part of his house). A lot of the panels and supports weren’t the same length so he had to use an angle grinder to cut them so the frames could match up. The pop rivets and hinges were cheap and nasty so I had to spend more money to buy better quality ones. Don’t even get me started on the hundreds of screws that came with it. I’ve since followed up with the company again and they want more photos and evidence which I’d already provided (they had the nerve to claim I hadn’t, highlighting this to me bold letters). I absolutely loathe this shed and I’m not even the one who had to endure putting it up - I only had to endure watching it being installed and listening the swearing and shouting from the garage when my brother found another poorly manufactured part. Thank goodness this horrible shed is on the side of my house so I don’t have to look at it everyday. Only hope people considering buying look at reviews outside the Easyshed website. When people recommend getting someone on Airtasker to put a shed together that’s a red flag. They also don’t appear to have negative reviews as mine is not showing against the product I bought and I submitted the comments months ago. They claimed they don’t delete comments but hard to believe when negative comments are nowhere to be seen.

Update: company still refused to contact me. All they did was send out a can of spray paint! So now I’m expected to paint a shed because the can’t manufacture properly and give me what I paid for.

I’m a healthcare worker with very limited time off, and I bought an EasyShed specifically because they advertised it as “easy to put up.” That was completely misleading. The front panels they sent were the wrong size, making the shed impossible to assemble.

To make things worse, none of the panels or components were labelled, so we had to guess and measure everything ourselves just to figure out which piece was which. On top of that, all the panels and components were left sitting outside the house and became weathered, adding even more frustration to the whole process.

It took two weeks just for them to acknowledge my email, and even then, they asked for a long list of requirements before they would even start processing my request. I emailed multiple times with no reply. I also called them several times, only to be sent to voicemail every single time.

The only thing “easy” about this shed is the name. The entire experience has been stressful, time-consuming, and extremely disappointing—especially for someone with limited spare time. I would not recommend EasyShed to anyone.

Found the overall customer service to be great in particular from Thalia.

Prompt and informative responses throughout the process. Kimmy was incredibly helpful and super kind, making everything easy and stress-free. Great service!
