I work for myself and use my email account for both personal and professional purposes. A double headache, then, when it gets hacked. Technical support at Easyspace were sympathetic, accurate and proactive. They walked me through the process, resolved the problem and had me back online in an hour. I couldn't fault their service.

Technical support is very good, with a fast response time and an actual UK telephone number to speak to a real person. Regarding sales and renewals, I speak to the same knowledgeable account manager each time I call which saves time and hassle when looking for the best package to suit my needs. Easyspace support provide all the necessary parameters to insert in a DNS record to validate my email.
Quick and helpful response, with the problem fixed in a few hours once all the various servers around the world had my updated records.

A Long Standing Customer
I've been with Easyspace now for well over 15 years. I once moved away to a cheaper service but found I only got what I paid for and moved back again after a year. For the most part I never have to talk to tech support because everything just works, but I had some problems recently sending emails to gmail and they were able to sort things out in minutes. Chat support is great, agent responds quickly and is always courteous, knowledgeable and has never failed to resolve my problem. I don't see myself moving my domain away from Easyspace anytime soon.

easyspace's service does what it says…
easyspace's service does what it says with a minimum of fuss. It was easy to change to them after my then ISP did not have a service where I moved to. The spam filtering works well and it's simple to manage. Technical questions posed to the helpdesk are answered quickly and things sorted out.

I just lost £121.96 from Easyspace. I prefer to pay for my account renewal over the phone and I have not got auto renew set on my account, and always have paid over the phone. I no longer wanted to use their services anymore, my account was not set to auto renew ( I've had trouble logging into my account for years), but they took 2 years domain name and hosting out of my bank account and said that I had set up auto renew!!! I hadn't and I can't get a refund from them either. Their service is awful. I had to stop using their email as my inbox was full of spam, when I complained I got anti spam added- this was worse as I still got spam, but I lost a load of important emails. They are good though at trying to get more money out of customers ; pay more money for 'secure hosting' e.t.c. So thanks Easyspace for taking £121.96 out of my account. I still don't want to use your services !

I was helped with a support issue about updating my SPF, DKIM & DMARC information, they gave me clear directions and checked my input of that data onto my NAMESERVERS, the support worker was very good and we talked via the live chat on the website.

Excellent customer support
I have been an Easyspace customer for domain and emails for over 10 years and find all aspects clear, trouble-free and efficient. On the rare occasions I need help - such as Gmail recently blocking emails because of a new technical hurdle at their end - I have always found the Easyspace online support chat facility to be responsive almost immediately and that the human at the other end comes up with a solution to whatever the issue is in a friendly and most helpful way.

I was snarled up with sending to gmail and could not fathom gmail's advice written in gobbledegook. The easyspace team made the changes for me by changing the DKIM value. I single phone call did the trick. Great service.

Easyspace quickly sorted out my FTP connection problems.
Easyspace have hosted my website for nearly 15 years. During this time I have had brilliant service, but recently I had a problem updating my website, FTP wouldn't connect. Had an online chat with an agent and went through my FTP connection details, one of which had somehow become corrupted. The agent was able to point this out and had me up and running again within minutes. The agent, was polite, friendly and knowledgeable - Brilliant service. If you are looking for a company to host your website - I highly rate Easyspace.
