Excellent support
I have been a long term customer of Easyspace for a number of years - for email, domain registration and website hosting. My recent interaction was like all the others - answered efficiently and resolved in a timely manner and clearly explained. I was not receiving emails to any of my hosted addresses on any of my machines - phone or iPad. The helpdesk promised to look into the issue, which they did quickly and it was escalated and resolved equally quickly.

20+ Years of excellent service
I have been using EasySpace for over 20 years and would not consider moving to any other provider. The level of support is second to none. I recently had to contact support to ask a question about a dedicated hosted server. The support team were availble immediately via online chat, and the issue (my fault) was resolved within seconds.
The support team are very experienced and so easy to talk to.

I have always been rather slack at checking and renewing my services but can rely on Easyspace to help me out when I have renewed the wrong service, or forgotten to renew something! I have had various services - webhosting, email, domains over many years and their customer services have always been helpful and not at all pushy.
My technical knowledge is also limited and on occasion when I have been stuck they have been happy to help me out in language I have understood!
The normal amazing service
As usual I got an amazing service. The online chat is so easy and quick to use and I always get the results I need. Staff who you speak to are extremely helpful and try their best to resolve the issues.

We've been with Easyspace or a predecessor since 2003. In general they are reliable and if there is a problem they get it fixed quickly or give an estimated time to fix or implement a work around if not. One can usually talk to them on chat or if need be by phone in business hours. Their staff are generally helpful as well.

As a small international business…
As a small international business owner, for the past 15 years I've used numerous web hosting companies around the world. Some were truly terrible, but most problematic in one way or the other.
I'd used EasysSpace several times for buying UK domain names, but always hosted elsewhere, for various logistical and commercial reasons.
Recently, after another poor experience elsewhere, surprisingly in Switzerland, I decided to transfer those domains across to EasySpace, including a live website and emails. I was very pleasantly surprised by the whole migration experience. I expected, and got, the odd glitch, but the UK-based support was really excellent, the best I've encountered in a very long time, equal with the best in the world, in my experience.
Issues are quickly recognised, accepted and fixed, no messing about, in plain English language, without the use of endless scripted questions which lead no nowhere and frustration. If the main support centre in friendly and chirpy Glasgow cannot fix it there and then, they escalate it to other technicians in their UK datacentres, the netintelligence team, iomart team, etc.
What made me decided to use them was their UK base and support team, very clear product offers and clear pricing. Nothing hidden. Other providers might bundle other things in their offers, and they might seem better value at first, but honestly, even if I need to pay for something extra with Easyspace compared to elsewhere, I know exactly what I am getting and paying for. Their setting up of extra services is also very efficient.
I also chose them because I'm needing to step back a bit from regularly checking the technical status of my sites. The Managed Wordpress hosting is exactly what I need, once installed, I only need to really spend my time on the site content, not the technical insfrastructure.
The only occasional downside I've experienced are some unexpected system outages, but they say they are addressing those with major upgrades and investments. I'll keep an eye out on how they perform on this metric!
Overall, I highly recommend Easyspace.

Terribly slow support both via the ticketing system, generally waiting 24 plus hours for a response, and via phone, gave up waiting after 15 mins! They charged me £18 to transfer away my domain and this still isn't done 36 hours later! Rubbish!
