This company has really let me down. I supported them when they were in Brixton and again when the store was shut and they were only selling online. Just over a week ago I placed an order with them (the sale was on) and spent £170 plus. I then placed a further order the following day for a lot less. A week or so later i received the 2nd order but not the first and no updates. So of course i emailed them a few times before they answered and was told that they do not deliver to the USA. I stated that i was in London, and they apologised stating that they looked at the wrong order. They then came back stating that the computer did not register the order and that they had to cancel my order because some items were out of stock. How ridiculous is that. I don't know of a supermarket cancelling your order shopping order because there are items missing or out of stock. I asked them to reinstate my order at the same price and was told. They said i could have 30% off using the code THIRTY. So i did the order again, typed THIRTY into the promo code and guess what, it deducted £3, lol.
Fair to say i don't think i will be shopping here again. This is the worse company i have ever dealt with. No customer service whatsoever.

I ordered 2 products. My parcel arrived a week ago with one of the ordered products and ‘ a pair of jeans’! Spoke to a lovely lady who said that she’d speak to the boss and get back to me. By last weekend I’d heard nothing so emailed the company asking for a refund for missing item. Today is a week since delivery. Spoke to same lady again today and said I’d like a refund and she again told me she had to speak to the boss. Nightmare company. Shouldn’t be selling health products when clearly you don’t care about people at all or how to treat them.

Fantastic products👏🏾I have ordered cream, barks, tinctures and a variety of herbs all perfect . I have ordered many times with this company and always received my ordered. The herbs are sometimes ground, leaves or thicker barks. You can see from the pictures what they look like before you buy. I have ordered books and herbs on numerous occasions and l am happy and confident to order again. The herbs work.

I wish I’d come across the reviews before I ordered, I never received my order, it got delivered to another address in a safe place which I hadn’t designated, didn’t recognise the photo where it was left, I’ve emailed the company 3 times and they haven’t acknowledged my emails so that’s money gone down the drain, and I paid £9.99 delivery charge, sounds like if I had received it I’d not be happy anyway, they’re customer service is atrocious if not non existent

Misleading products, poor service, and empty marketing. Avoid.

This company is dishonest and selling garbage to the community for profit. Received bags of chopped sticks for herbs and they refuse to address customer service concerns. In a world where naturopathy and natural healing is being questioned and given a bad name - these folks make trusting herbal medicine and wellness providers near impossible. Beware.
