Worst customer service ever!
Actually I couldn't even contact customer service. The email listed doesn't work, you get a reply that it's not for customer service, and they suggest the Chat. But their chat doesn't work either. I called on the phone but it's an automated message in Portuguese only and it basically says phone is not available and you should use the chat option.
End of story. Impossible to get in touch with them.

Aprova o rembolso no valor 2.123,28 para EBANX BR me devolver dinheiro ok

Em 16/06/2023 fiz pedido 112235879 de um celular da Dooge V MAX, ai fiquei esperando pagamento cair. No dia 18/06/2023 meu pedido 112235879 foi cancelado por eles meu pedido no dia 19/06/2023 meu pagamento foi confirmado pela EBANX BR que parceira do Banggood eles pagaram a Banggod na forma do meu cartao de credito no valor de 2.123.28 R$ agora eles estao com meu dinheiro e nao quer fazer rembolso a partir do pagamento original que EBANXBR eles querem fazer rembolso pelo PAY PAL mas por esse pay pal cobra taxa de 122,00 reias fiquei sabendo nao vou pagar essa taxa falei para eles quem deveria pagar eles nao eu. Entrei em contato com PAY PAL eles me informaram que nao faço esse tipo transaçao internacional esta bloqueado eles tinha feito um rembolso para mim pay pal no valor 1.897,04 ai com desconto do pay pal eu ia receber so 1.775,04 R$ a pessoa do suporte do bangood la falou que nao tinha como fazer pelo EBANX BR so fazia pelo pay pal e nao me informou dessa taxa do pay pal ai fiz rembolso voltei dinheiro para Banggod de 1.897,04 porque nao consigo receber esse rembolso que no caso eles fizeram pagamento.
Bangood me mandou email falando que tinha jeito de fazer rembolso pelo EBANX BR depois agora no outro email falou que so fazia pelo Pay Pal nao aceito mas meu rembolso pelo pay pal por dois motivos primeiro tem taxa suporte do banggod nao me informou sobre essa taxa absurda segundo meu pay pal nao funciona para pagamento internacional esta bloqueado nao funciona por isso quero que meu rembolso seja intermediado pelo EBANX BR quero que voces aprova meu rembolso de 2.123,28 R$
Tambem entrei no site do EBANX BR voce nao consegue falar com ninguem la so tem robo automatico queria falar com eles por email, telefone, whatsapp nao consigo falar com eles para eles entrar em contato com Banggood que parceiro deles para aprova meu rembolso ate agora dia 23/06/2023 meu rembolso nao foi aprovado pela Banggod meu pedido foi cancelado no dia 18/06/2023. Estou depcionado suporte do Banggod so manda mensagem repetidas nao resolve caso fala que tem q esperar um email deles esperar de 24 a 48 horas so mas nada hoje o atendente falou q outra equipe esta tudo de ferias equipe de pagamento ai eu perguntei nao tem nenhum funcionario nessa area para resolver esses rembolsos. Quero meu dinheiro de volta Banggod dinheiro total de 2.123,28 entao aprova meu rembolso estorno credito para EBANBR que intermedia de voces de pagamentos parcelados.
Quero que esse caso seja resolvido mas rapido possivel nao posso esperar mais ok

Worst customer service ever - Not for SMBs

Actually, there is no customer service - no one replies to your message or when they do, it takes almost a month.

I do not recommend it, mainly SMBs.... really bad UX to manage payments, it's difficult to check reports and you need to do everything manually to send recurring invoices.

By the way, our customers had problems paying via online transfers... and they've complained about filling out the same information about their company every month to pay a recurring invoice.

On top of that, they've just decided to change the way they charge (with this new Ebanx One)... adding a fixed fee starting August. That doesn't make sense at all for us. They communicate that via an automatic email and you could only choose to stay with them this way or cancel the contract, starting next month.

Their strategy, at this point... I think it's much more focused on huge corporations.

Well, we don't have a lot of customers in Brazil... so it doesn't make sense at all for us. I'm moving out, after almost 2 years and I'm looking for an alternative to bill our customers in Brazil in an easier way (I hope Stripe launches something in the coming months to allow us to charge in BRL - they are the best!).

They are a joke! Take people for idiot! No customer support. I received an email saying that they only give service to companies that sell at least 100,000,000 dollars! 1 million dollars!!!!!

Infelizmente estou aqui para informar minha indignação com a gearbest e o EBANX, novamente apesar de ter resolvido com problema anterior porém me causou outro fiz a compra a empresa me devolveu parte do valor informando que não era de responsabilidade deles o restante que era para verificar com o EBANX sendo que a compra foi feita e parcelada no site da gearbest e foi me cobrado R$2.086, 44 e a gearbest só está devolvendo R$1.922,99 a mesma informa que não é de responsabilidade dela pois ela só recebeu esse valor de R$1.922,99 e que era para eu verificar com o EBANX. O EBANX informa que a responsabilidade é da gearbest pois e ela que recebeu o valor parcelado e não o banco então de quem é a responsabilidade eu sei que estou com prejuízo de R$163,45 quem vai arcar com isso. A gearbest ou EBANX.
