Fantastic customer service. We were hesitant at first as it's a new way of buying a car, not seeing it at all before you pay thousands. But the process was excellent throughout. So easy to find the car we wanted, ask questions and get an instant reply, and order and pay for car. Pictures showed exactly what to expect. We had one minor issue with the car after it was delivered but ecars247 immediately sorted it out. Delivery service was great. No more traipsing round garages being pressured into buying extras that we don't need. Next time we are looking to buy a car we will go straight to ecars247. Highly recommended!

Can't fault it. Bit apprehensive at first but helpful staff and no issues. Even picked it up 2 weeks after delivery and fixed a bulb in the door handle. Great way to buy a car. Thanks

I bought a BMW 335D from these guys at 9k miles and 2 years old for half its original price and couldnt be happier with it! I found the business model of having the car for 14 days/ 500 miles a little strange to start with but having tried it with a car that was quite different to my usual type it really does give you time to settle into it and get a feeling of what it's going to be like to own and gives you the confidence you dont have to make a decision based on a 10 minute 5 mile test drive. They will call after a few days to see how your getting on with it and answer any questions you might have. I had to tell them after day 5 unfortunately I wouldnt be bringing the car back as it was a keeper lol. I'll be using these guys again when I'm due to change my car as they will find a car to your requirement if asked.

Such an easy service to use, everybody I spoke to was so friendly and really helped me understand my options and the differences in prices and finance options etc. Always in contact and went above and beyond to get me the car I absolutely adore!
