Quick response from EcoAir Customer Support Team
I contacted EcoAir via email to find out how to improve the cooling effect of my air-conditioning unit which I had lent to my neighbours. The EcoAir Customer Support Team responded very quickly and told me what to check on the unit and also offered full details of how to get it repaired if needed. It seems to be working fine now. It was very reassuring to be able to get hold of them so quickly. They also have a phone number you can call, which is useful. I will definitely be purchasing a replacement unit for myself if I can get hold of one. Thank you! ---Update: I've just managed to pre-order an Apollo 12K Smart Portable Air Conditioner for myself on the EcoAir website.

The sign of good customer service is a simple, “sorry, we messed up, how can we make it better”. I write a one line review and you respond with war and peace, shame you didn’t spend that much effort in the first place rather than send me screenshots of your delivery t&C’s. And to clarify, FedEx stated a scheduled delivery of Monday 23rd June between 8:50am and 12:50pm, not estimated as your edited version of events suggests.

For the benefit of other customers reading this review, we would like to provide the full context from the email communication.
Your order was placed on Sunday, 21 June 2026. Orders placed during the weekend begin processing on the next working day, which was Monday, 22 June. The express service selected at checkout is advertised as delivery within 1–2 working days.
On Tuesday, 23 June, you contacted us because FedEx had sent you an estimated delivery notification, but the parcel had not arrived. As soon as you reported this, our customer service team contacted FedEx on your behalf.
At 3:33 p.m., our team advised you that we had called FedEx. FedEx explained that the parcel was with the driver and that they could not provide further information until the driver returned to the depot. We also confirmed that we would continue checking with them.
After you contacted us again, our warehouse spoke with FedEx for a second time. At 4:29 p.m., we updated you to explain that the parcel was being taken to your local depot and that FedEx would investigate what had happened once they had spoken with the driver. Our team also confirmed that they would continue contacting FedEx for an update.
The parcel was then delivered on Wednesday, 24 June, which was within the advertised 1–2 working-day express delivery period.
We understand that FedEx had originally provided an earlier estimated delivery time and did not deliver the parcel during that estimate. Courier delays or changes to estimated delivery times can occasionally happen and are outside our direct control. However, these situations are rare, and our team contacted FedEx promptly and kept you updated with the information available to us.
You also explained that your daughter placed a separate order at a similar time, selected standard delivery and received her parcel earlier. We understand why this was frustrating. However, separate parcels can be assigned to different vans, drivers, routes and depot schedules, even when the addresses are only a short distance apart. A standard delivery arriving sooner does not mean that the express service on another order was not completed correctly.
You later requested a refund of the £13.20 express delivery charge. Our team explained that express delivery is advertised as 1–2 working days. As your order was delivered within this period, the service paid for was completed and the express delivery fee was therefore not refundable.
The email chain shows that our team contacted FedEx as soon as the delivery concern was reported, followed the matter up through our warehouse and provided updates based on the information received from the courier. We are disappointed that you remain unhappy, but we believe your enquiry was handled appropriately and that the delivery was completed within the advertised timeframe.

The order process was easy the Aircon unit came earlier than I thought which was a pleasant surprise especially as we now have a red heatwave.
The unit came well packaged and with everything in good condition and was easy to set up and operate.
The unit cooled the space down well and when set in auto kept the fan running and switched the chiller of when reaching temperature so saving energy excellent.
To have a remote is a bonus and the unit is very easy to operate but better instructions for the remote would help.
This is the third product I have had from Ecoair the others being dehumidifiers all have been excellent quality.

Pre ordered, and arrived few days before stipulated date.Well packed item and the quick guide manual was easy to follow. The QR code link to full manual didn’t include this model so email sent to support team and within a few days correct link was received - only slightly more detailed than the quick manual, although I had found the filters prior to full manual received. Instructions for fitting the window curtain was helpful as not in the quick guide.Primarily purchased for cool air conditioning, but at present only 11°C outside 🤣 so apart from testing everything came on,not able to give a full review as to how effective.

DD3 Classic Mk3
DD3 Classic Mk3: dehumidifies and how! Some ergonomic howlers, however.
1. Best not to let the generous 4-litre tank get full, as it's then hard to transport and empty without sloshing water everywhere, due to its shallow construction and the lack of a defined route for drainage.
2. Filter suspended vertically on conical lugs that fit loosely into cabinet recesses. Difficult to keep filter from falling away while replacing cover. A friction-fitting arrangement - or hook attachments - would be so much better.
3. Side cover held on by slender lugs that are doomed to snap off, unless great pains are taken when replacing it after mandatory, fortnightly filter cleaning.

I only wish I'd bought these sooner!
Picked up the EcoAir DD3 Slimline and Equinox fan as refurbished units so very happy with the price I got them.
My hygrometers have been 80%+ since we moved into this old 200 year old cottage. Been running a competitor's compressor model for 6 months with no luck. But this beast of a dehumidifier brought it down to 40% within 2 days! It's removing 10L of water a day. The ambient temp in our house is 14-16c and it still works perfectly. Wish we'd got one sooner. Wouldn't be without it now.
If it can dry out the air in this 200 year old cottage in the woods then it can surely dry out the air anywhere!!
Haven't even noticed an increase in my electricity bill yet either.
The fan has been great to circulate warm air from the log fire too. All in all 10/10 I hope it lasts a long time it's clearly very well built. Thank you!

I purchased the Mini DD1 Dehumidifier, as I wanted a compact & lightweight unit to use in my Touring Caravan. So far I have only tested this at home and it should be perfect in the caravan .
Being the owner of a previous purchase the DD3 Classic MK3 in April 2023, which is excellent, I had no hesitation to purchase from EcoAir again.
Their Customer Support Team dealt with a small problem with my recent purchase and arranged a free speedy collection and exchange.

The dehumidifier works really well. The noise is perfectly bearable to have it on all night. It is not too big. It's simple to use. It really works!

Great company and products
I bought a Dehumidifier around 10 years ago from EcoAir which is still going strong and looking like new and needed one for another property so without any hesitation I was only interested in EcoAir products. I am not disappointed with the new one either, it looks and performs perfectly. It was delivered quickly and well packaged. It is amazing how much water can be removed from the air in your home and this dehumidifier keeps it at a safe level.
