The person that I dealt with at EcoTarget was Hardeep. He was very helpful with any queries that I had regarding the insulation project and he was also very prompt with putting them right in a timely fashion i.e.: from the workers up to the Project Managers. Overall, they were a good team in getting my insulation completed. I am very happy with the outcome. My house stays warmer for longer with the minimum amount of gas that I use to heat my home.

Overall a good experience. Thank you to Fatima Amjad, who made sure everything was taken care of and completed. She was always available to talk to about any issues and they were quickly resolved.

Hardeep is very nice and professional, very prompt with everything. Although the works was delayed and workers did not complete everything properly and the scaffolding was up for much longer than it should’ve been, but Hardeep kept me up to date and respected everything I had requested from him. The company Is running because of people like him otherwise the third party companies were a pain.

I am very disappointed with this company. My work is still incomplete and no one keeps intouch. Its been over 2 months now and my scaffolding is still up, workers are not showing up, job in incomplete, more damaged done to my property and no one picks up my calls. I will be seeking legal advice. Fraudsters they are. Don't use them
