The team installed my new bathroom and replaced the old one - everything from tiling, electrics, plumbing and fitting of appliances was organised. I am a bit of a perfectionist, but was very happy with their attention to detail! The quality of the finish was excellent.

As a busy manufacturing site of 45 years, to source a professional company such as EPS is important as the installers were polite, efficient. Always respecting the H&S in working around a busy site with no interruptions to the manufacturing process. We will regularly rely upon EPS to do further works.

I recently hired Eddie, to diagnose an issue with the hot water not working in my apartment. One of our radiator valves was leaking because of which the boiler was switching off again and again. Eddie sent his team Soni and Ollie immediately, and they efficiently fixed the valve to perfection. It was not a straightforward job , the valve being very old was jammed and couldn’t be opened. So they drained the radiatiors, then soldered the valves very neatly. As always am really really satisfied. Eddie has become like a family plumber to me ... any issue he is just a phone call away. One other time very recently, we have had his team attend us within minutes of a phone call ( at about 9:30pm) during emergency leak from our boiler pipe in loft. Will definitely recommend him. Infact I have already recommended him to few of my friends. Keep up your good work Eddie. What an honest and hardworking team . All the best. 🙂

Eddie and his team did a complete bathroom refurbishment for us. It was completed to the budget and ahead of schedule (the team worked really hard over some long days) and looks great. He kept us in the loop and talked through the design, happy to incorporate changes where required.
His team were professional and polite throughout the work and rectified any snags quickly and promptly. If we were to have the work done again, I think it would be worthwhile checking in with the team to find out what they were going to do each day so we had more of an idea what to expect when and any further changes could be talked about, but that isn't to say they didn't listen to us. Any major work like this is disruptive and Eddie his team did their best to minimise that as far as possible.
There was a small issue with the toilet fixings being incorrectly supplied but Eddie resolved the situation efficiently.

I cannot recommend Eddie highly enough. He installed our bathroom but also a lot more. He helped us design the bathroom, he made recommendations and was incredibly flexible to our needs. His team also uncovered a chimney problem during installation, whilst others may have just covered it up Eddie was quick to recommend a builder to fix the work and then Eddie came back splitting his team between two jobs so that we were not without a bathroom for too long. You may get marginally cheaper quotes but it will only be because the level of detail and care will be less, there are good bathroom installations and then there are the ones done by Eddie with a quality of finish even we didn't expect when we were designing our bathroom. All of his work force were punctual, communicated throughout and quite honestly I never noticed them not working as hard as they could. Thanks to Eddie and his team for a brilliant job.
