Rare review
I do not generally do reviews but felt compelled to leave one for eDecks due to the service we have received. We ordered the Walksure decking and it arrived promptly and in great condition. We did have one small issue and customer support dealt with the issue in the most exemplary way. I would rate eDecks a first class company and will gladly do business them again.

I find edecks good and reliable.
I’ve had a great experience with eDecks. While there was a minor issue with the delivery date at first, it was resolved amazingly fast. The customer service team was brilliant—the representative I spoke with on the phone went above and beyond to expedite the delivery. To top it off, the delivery team was outstanding; they neatly placed everything on my driveway before I even arrived at the job site. Highly recommended for unbeatable prices and top-notch service!

Good service and product.
The wood is very good, only a couple of boards with minor damage. The lorry driver was very helpful and helped me stack the boards in my garage.

New roof for pergola
Great products on the site and had the perfect size roof panels we required,other places didn’t have the size we needed. Other products we ordered was perfect aswell, the process from start to being delivered was great so thankyou.
