Ordered replacement decking for sections that had rotted due to a small leak from under my hot tub which went unnoticed for years. Also I replace some of the Newall posts as they had rotted due to water seepage through the lower bolts. Original decking built in 2011.

Very good product - solid composite decking, joists and pedestals. All relevant clips. Delivery time and location was well-communicated. Customer services were very responsive returns of excess unused joists and small shipping of clips I'd missed. Decking looks great. The wood-effect colouring appears to be washing off the boards. It’s the only issue I’ve had with them; otherwise, I’m very pleased with the decking.

Excellent value, arrived fast ( actually caught me out). Ok I had to replace a couple of planks but that cost me about £5. Product looks good and was easy to erect. Would recommend

unfortunately the timber isn't labelled and it is very tricky to follow the instructions.

We needed good accessibility to my front door and the back garden as I am an electric wheelchair user. My husband is good at DIY. Using individual lengths and a kit we now have a very attractive ramp and decking that means I can access our garden.

I first purchased a 2 x 2. Something decking pack through B&Q back in July I was very impressed with how easy it was for my son to put together for me beneath my pergola the quality was impressive too and it looks lovely.
I then purchased directly from e decks a seconds/regect pack again every thing you need is provided in the package and easy to assemble.
They are well worth getting no cutting down to size so no waste either brilliant!
I under measured for my second project so I need to order another small kit to complete it.
I would most definitely recommend buying from edecks the delivery guys are very efficient too and the prices are very competitive.
