Daniel the sales rep was quick and informative. He answered the questions I had at the time of purchase and walked me through a brief zoom screen share. Thus far my experience has been smooth and seamless, the manager interface is well built, and user interface seems convenient for users.

Such a great experience and overview is the product. Would highly recommend to others!

I'm just getting started, so I cannot say much yet. But so far, eDirectory seems to offer everything I need for my platform. And all this for a competitive pricing.
The onboarding was good, the explanation and demo was very helpful and I received good explanations and introductions.

Scheduling the demo was very easy, and Daniel showed me what I needed to see and answered all my questions in a straightforward and clear manner. I was impressed with the features of eDirectory: listings, events, banner ads and classifieds. Standard website builders would require a lot of set up an plug ins to get anywhere near what eDirectory provides out of the box.

I’m looking to set up a new business which needs a directory platform. I found edirectory and scheduled a call with a salesperson which was easy to do. The call was great and the salesperson was very helpful at clearly explaining all the features and how it it would meet my needs. The platform looks really powerful and will be able to do what I need now and in the future if my business succeeds. I’ve started playing with the platform and it’s very clear, easy to use and powerful. It’s also Highly customisable to my needs and will look very professional, helping me to launch this idea quickly. Very excited to be moving forward with them!

I had been doing extensive research on choosing an online directory platform, and was so excited to come across eDirectory. It has everything I was looking for (and more)! I'm very impressed by the customer service, all the features that are included, and how easy it is to customize the website.

They gave the most variety for a directory that I could find.

The website is clear, the pricing is transparent and the purchase is straightforward. We got the help we needed prior to purchase, fast response, very helpful and found everything self explanatory. Good resource on YouTube as well. We look forward to start using it.

Product and features seems to provide everything I need. The service and support is strong.

I did a lot of research and found that edirectory had the best platform for what we were looking for. Everything was going well until we did some customizations. Once we did that, it has been working on and off for months and months. It takes weeks to fix it each time and then it happens again and again with no real solution in sight. Operating an online company that isn't working properly effects revenue and reputation. They don't even seem to care or offer a permanent solution. At this point, I wouldn't recommend them.
