Efoam Reviews 

For my wife to be comfy while reading/ watching TV during our caravan tours, she needed a ‘back-rest’. We didn’t fully comprehend ‘trapezium’ so called eFoam’s freephone for advice. We made a drawing with dimensions, emailed it to eFoam and hey presto, within couple of days the back-rest arrived and it’s perfect!

So, if anyone is unsure, like we were about what to order, contacting eFoam’s team is what we highly recommend!

The price was most attractive and we got exactly the shape/size we required!

We’ve no association with eFoam, except as a first time customer and won’t hesitate to approach them again for assistance.

So pleased is my good lady with her back-rest we’ve not only extended our current touring plan by another week, but she’s treating me to my very own back-rest👍🤗

I had a query about my order before I placed it, which was answered immediately. Order was placed on Monday and arrived on Wednesday. Excellent product & superb Customer service.

I called efoam a couple of times. They were very helpful and guided me through the process. I ordered the foam insert with wrapping. It fitted better than I ever expected. The leather sofa is 10 years looks and feels brand new now. Thank you so much for the excellent service, price and great product.

Foam Replacement!
Hi to all at eFoam, you guys are great. I needed to replace my sofa seating foam and you made it so slmple, from your short vidio tips to my actual ordering. I didn't expect such a rapid response, I just chose the shape, gave the stiffness of the foam and measurements, I was even given a choice of extra stockinette. So simple I was able to work out the total cost, so I paid there and then and my goods arrived a couple of days later, no damage, nothing missing, just like it says on the tin! I don't often write reviews but the service I've been offered (or not offered) by this company is absolutely disappointing. My order is beyond late, I was told repeatedly that the courier tried to deliver but after waiting at work and checking our door CCTV this is nothing but lies. Asked for a refund and was told I would be charged for it! Order still hasn't turned up. Shocking, AVOID AVOID AVOID

This is the SECOND attempt at leaving this company a review. My first effort was not flattering or sycophantically glowing with praise. It was, however, an HONEST account of my dealings with the company, dealings that were less-than-perfect, a fact I reflected in my review (originally two-star) I have no idea what reasoning they used to get it removed as I breached NONE of the guidelines.

It seems to me that efoam do not like to have poor reviews for public scrutiny; NO COMPANY IS PERFECT! Everybody makes mistakes; it's a good sign of honesty and integrity to admit and own-up to them. efoam do not, it seems, agree with that philosophy hence the worrying lack of critical reviews here.

The most stupid and utterly ridiculous thing about this whole affair is that it is all over an item costing, would you believe, LESS THAN TEN POUNDS! Yes, efoam would rather be aggressive and stroppy over a £10.00 mistake on their part than admit the error and refund me. £10.00!!! That fact, more than anything else says more about this company than ANY review I or anybody else could leave.

Easy to order. Placed the order on Friday. Received on Tuesday and now have a very comfy sofa. Reasonably priced too

A small order of high density foam, which on their website is the darker blue colour. It arrived in the very light blue colour and was not anywhere near as firm and dense as I had expected compared to the blue high density foams I already have from another company. It felt more like medium density. Efoam explained that the lighter blue colour is their high density foam. So I perceive their website to be a little misrepresented. They also explained that different companies have different grades for their densities. So one company can have a different density to their high density foam than another company. Wish I had known this as I assumed that it was standard across the industry. Not a massive deal as it was only a small order, which will not be wasted. I am writing this review because I feel people aught to know so that they do their homework properly before ordering. Apart from that, no complaints with the easy to use service. Just do your homework.

What a great company to work with. Their website made it so easy to work out what I needed and I found their prices very reasonable. Also delivery was very prompt and was exactly what what I ordered. Excellent service, highly recommend.

We used this company to plug a recess gap in a home studio, so it had to be 'Spot On', and it was.

Delivery couldn't be faulted either, so a definite 10/10, and would certainly use again.

We've used efoam twice now for foam cushions for a sagging sofa. On both occasions their service was first-class - simple online ordering, good communication to acknowledge the order and to advise about delivery, and -best of all - super-fast delivery via Yodel. The foam was exactly as ordered and well packaged - all in all a faultless online shopping experience!

Absolutely delighted with the service from Efoam. We replaced three sofa cushions that had become very soft & saggy. Phoning for advice I got straight through to Debbie who was SO helpful, and with her guidance chose Reflex superior (firm) foam for the cushions. The video on the website tells you exactly how to measure. The delivery was really fast - literally a couple of days! Wished we’d done this years ago - our sofa is now SO comfortable & supportive! I would not hesitate in using this company again and thoroughly recommend them!

We ordered some cut to size foam for our sofas. We took our own measurements following the easy to follow video instructions on the website. The foam arrived 3 days after ordering and fits perfectly. Excellent quality and service. Will use again.

If you choose and pay for a memory foam topper it won’t be added to the size you asked for it will be part of it. I asked for a 4 inch mattress with 2 inch topper. Expecting a 6 “ mattress but only got a 4 inch. Very expensive for a price of foam
