I recently purchased a product which was a bespoke size foam mattress from this company around the beginning of August this year with very specific measurements and when i received the shipment the mattress was not the size that i ordered to be precise it was 7 cm too short and it was purchased so as to be used in a camper van conversion that I am doing, so the exact size is rather important. When I contacted the company about it they asked me to send a photo with a tape measure next to it to show the actual length and so I did, there was some correspondence and then i waited a week or so for them to get back to me and do the right thing, eventually I got back in contact again and they said i had waited too long and implied that because of that they were not obliged to replace the mattress and they even had the cheek to say that I had lied about the amount of time it took me to open the package using some lame story that because it was shrink wrapped it had caused the mattress to not be the length I had ordered originally, Terrible terrible customer service I would go to their competitors if were you.

We needed a ‘T’ shape mattress for our VW Sharan. Really easy to use website for putting in our specific measurements and getting a price. We weren’t sure which quality of foam to order so rang the advice line. Really helpful and we have got just what we wanted. Ordered on Thursday - arrived Saturday!

Ordered a 90X50 piece of foam for a bench seat. Easy to order, came on time and correct size.

I started to fly aerobatics a little while ago, and have been using blue upholstery foam which I purchased from a haberdashery shop. This was because I cannot reach the rudder pedals properly even with all the aeroplane adjustments available. The foam worked fine until I stated to move up the ladder performing more complex manoeuvres. I have been practising Intermediate aerobatic moves and found I could not perform the inverted spin because of my vertically challenged position! So I spent ages looking for sturdy foam and found it in the great Efoam people. Not only did Charlie respond to my query about closed cell foam almost instantly, but the foam was cut to a perfect size (I purchased three x 2 inch thick closed cell foam pieces) but the delivery was so speedy as well. I have used the foam in the Extra 200 aerobatic aeroplane and it is perfect! Thank you so much! Inverted spin successfully completed and performed!

EFoam screwed up our order, refused to make amendments or find our template. They also hang up on customers. What a disgrace of a company.

We are out of pocket, do not have the product and our personal information is compromised.

We will be going to the omdusman and small claims court.

Whoever hung up on me ought to be fired IMMEDIATELY.

AVOID THIS COMPANY

Avoid this company at all cost. They quoted one price and then charged another. If that is not bad enough they sent my order to someone else and lost my template. When I asked for my order to be couriered back to me I was told by Debbie that is not possible. I offered to pay for a courier to pick up the order that was sent to the wrong person to get my order in time and was told that this was against their protocol. I ask to speak to a manager and was told that this was not possible. I now do not have my prepaid order nor the template. I am still waiting for a solution. Efoam was aware that this order was time sensitive and despite promises to perform timely they have failed miserably.

Brilliant service and brilliant product!
I’m so glad that I found efoam when I was searching for made to measure foam to replace the seat cushion on my tub chair. I was looking for a firm piece of foam and this was recommended on their fantastic website and also I added the polyfibre wrap with stockinette to go over the foam which makes it easier to put on a seat cover and also creates a better finish. I ordered it on a Tuesday afternoon and it arrived on the Thursday afternoon! It fits perfectly! I am so, so pleased and I would recommend efoam 100% for quality of product and ease of using the website and fantastic customer service. Thank you efoam! Transformed a pretty much unusable chair into a comfortable, quality chair!

Been holding off writing a review as I've been speaking to customer services and had hoped we could resolve the issue privately but I am beyond frustrated now.
I sent in a cover for the company to measure themselves so there was no chance of a mistake.
The foam they sent back was too small for the cover in both width and thickness. Its also so unsuitable for a sofa it has totally flattened in just a few weeks.
The sofa is now totally unusable, the old cushions (which I sadly disposed of) were in a better state. I've had to order a new sofa.
They just keep asking me to send photos which I've done on four occasions now.
I have asked for my money back and even offered to let them collect the unused foam but they keep asking for more photos.
Hoping someone at efoam sees this and finally just refunds me my money so we can get on with our lives.

Such a relief to find a supplier in the UK, especially one who is accredited to ISO 9001.
I have been very impressed with Efoam's PE foam products which are available in a wide choice of colour and thickness. Only a small job in my case but you made it so much easier through your ' cut to size' facility.
I have no reservations about recommending Efoam.

I ordered a piece of foam that was described as firm, but what I received was anything but. Customer service said that under their terms and conditions they cannot refund a bespoke order and continued to deny any help, even though I pointed out that their terms and conditions did not mention that they are allowed to send out the wrong product. I sent photos, etc but I simply received cold and terrible responses. I will never order from them again. If you do use them, send them Monopoly money.

Alisha was really helpful and advised on the upholstery foam needed, and it arrived a couple of days later. I placed the order over the phone and she sent confirmatory email within minutes. Great customer service and allowed me to rejuvenate all our conservatory furniture as opposed to having to buy new. Would recommend to anyone and will certainly use again.

My order of five bespoke foam cushions with eFoam started well. Their web site in garish orange was easy to use. My order amounted to £240, to which they added a 5% discount and a free pillow.

The order placed on a Saturday was delivered on a Tuesday in London, well wrapped in clear bags.

When I placed the backrest cushions on my sofa frame, I noticed they were too big: side by side, they were 9 cm wider than the existing seat and prevented me from inserting the arm cushion.

Secondly they were too firm. This surprised me since I had asked eFoam what foam to use for 15 cm thick backrests: they had recommended Reflex Superior Medium.

I emailed them. They asked for more pictures with a measuring tape.

I spent a Sunday measuring and photographing the problem. All cushions were 2-3 cm too big in each dimension. For example, I had ordered the cushions 15 cm thick; they were all 18 cm thick with the polyfibre wrap.

This is a problem because the 3 cm's add up. Try as I might, I couldn't fit them within the sofa frame.

Although eFoam replied promptly, they offered no exchange or refund, arguing it was a bespoke order, and the extra size was due to the polyfibre wrap. As for the cushion firmness, that was their softest and they "should soften in time".

I replied I wouldn't be able to use the cushions: even if I removed the polyfibre wrap and they shrunk by 3 cm in each dimension (doubtful), they were uncomfortably firm (feeling ejected by the sofa). I offered to return them for a 50% refund, so they could at least reuse the foam for another customer. They refused.

I pleaded but they offered no remedy.

I might have given them two stars for their prompt but cold-hearted customer service. What brings it down to one star is their "luxury" pillow freebie, which they normally sell for £31. It is actually lumpy and stiff. I'll stick to my £15 John Lewis one, thank you.

In sum, eFoam made five bespoke cushions for me which are neither fit for purpose (too firm for backrest) nor as described (2-3 cm too big in every dimension), and refused to help reach a solution.
