Just received a refund. Ordered a nikon camera battery. No tracking no reply.

COMPANY IS A SCAM...DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!

Ordered a 'charger' for Olympus camera, came within 14 days - but it's useless. Does not match image on the website because it has a different type of connector and does not fit the power adapter that came with it. This was ordered from UsourceUK.com but Paypal payment went to Eforbuy.com
I will now get a refund through Paypal - and the 'charger' will go in the bin because I'm not paying for shipment back to CHINA.

WARNIN: STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. First I found a case for my Walkman that I liked. It was 25.00 USD which seemed excessive, but I pulled the trigger anyway. Now I did receive a receipt from them, but no tracking number. Since they guarantee they answer all questions within 1 hour, I emailed them to ask for my tracking number. GUESS WHAT, NO REPLY. IT TOOK THEM OVER A WEEK TO GET BACK TO ME WITH A STUPID FORM MESSAGE. I never did receive my tracking number. And the case, which is really a back cover made of plastic, finally arrived today, 3 weeks later. It's really worth about 6-7 USD, not 25.00. What a ripoff. No wonder they don't communicate. In the meantime I ordered a better case from China and it only cost 8.95, with shipping, tracking and got here sooner. CANADA, EFOREBUY IS NOT GIVING YOU A GOOD NAME.

Purchased eyepiece for Canon R6, receivea piece that didn't fit at all, now struggling to return.
Avoid them.

Eforbuy should be shutdown. They took our $30.90 and never sent the product. They have a Karmic lesson to receive expeditely. Higher Power will return what was stolen from us 7fold.

I understand about the Pandemic and Eforbuy Which I thought was an American company would send me my package in a timely manner,but it was never sent at all and I ordered 4/2/20 and here it is 6/19/20.Other companies have sent me packages and although it may had taken a week or two more after ordering at least I received it. Eforbuy used the excuse of the pandemic and too my suprise is a company based in Bejing China.They kept telling me that all their packages are sent.They are liars! Please do not get ripped off like I did for a measly 60 or so dollars they are really greedy.

Please people in begging you don't I mean ever ever buy anything from this low life company crooked and not to be trusted

Purchased a tempered glass screen protector for my Samsung. Actually received a flimsy vynil protector. After multiple emails, filed a case with PayPal, 5 phone calls and a trip to the post office. Eforbuy requires customer pay return. Return was $10,80 for a $10,95 purchase. PayPal refunded. Do not buy from this company!!!!!

This company does not disclose proper location of it's warehouse. I looked at where the shipment was coming from and the warehouse states Oregon and Canada. After 2 weeks I emailed them and when they finally answered they told me that shipments can take up to 4 to 12 days for delivery. They also advertised that they ship USPS but the package came from China. I finally received the cable I purchased 15 days later from Beijing, China.

Needless to I will not be doing anymore business with this company and would suggest that everyone be very careful of EFORBUY.com.
