Literally a life saver today! Thank you so much to Gary who quickly sorted a boiler issue out for us on easter sunday when we were struggling with no heating or hot water. Gary was really helpful, going above and beyond to get the issue sorted out including facetiming to talk through the problem. We always use East Goscote for plumbing and electrical work as they are always helpful, reliable and honest and today showed what an amazing company they are, cant thank them enough. Would highly recommend them and have done to so many family and friends. Thank you so much Gary for solving our plumbing issue out so quickly.

Awful - booked them to fix my solar panel and they said they couldn’t do it in the summer but when they returned in the winter they still didn’t fix it - said they needed to come back but they just ignored me! Also didn’t fix a heating issue and charged me again to put it right.

Nothing but praise for these. Gary was amazing helping us with our problem!! Keep up the good work.

Had a problem with my boiler EGP promptly arrived and Russ the engineer was brilliant. Diagnosed the issue very quickly and made the repair without any fuss! He made sure everything was perfect before he left! Thank you.

When I phoned up Iasked if you repaird shower yes was the answer, The engineer arrived I told him it was the pressure release device he said this shower was obsolete it is but they still supply prd but even didn't look at the shower said need new one & left 10 mins £96.00 find the amounf extreme east goscote to sileby 5-10 mins feel like or am being ripped off. lost a customer but they don'care just intrestede in money but all my friends &acquaintandes will knowwhat I think of east goscote plumbers DON'T HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THEM

Very good service indeed from the emergency call out team at EGP, particularly the manager and plumber who attended. Emergency water leak reported on a very busy saturday for EGP after very cold night, with response and full repair of faulty water tank ballcock and overflow pipe within 2 hours.

Nick was very friendly and efficient. Sorted our issue out in our new build house. Would definitely recommend EGP as very happy with the service we received

I asked EGP to visit the property as was having issues with a leaking toilet. The plumbers came for approximately 5 minutes to assess, and 5 minutes to quote that the entire toilet needs to be rebuilt and it would cost £300+, and then also that they wouldn't be able to do the work for another week. I cancelled the work as I was on holiday the following week. They then sent me an invoice for £78 for a call out charge!! 10 minutes they were at the property! I would accept paying something for the time spent to review, although i've never been charged for a quote by any other company, makes no sense from a busines perspective as i will never use EGP again at the risk they won't do the work and charge me what i thought i would be paying for the work. I have now discovered that they are a subsidiary of Jelsons, so I will stick to actual local plumbers from now on to support the local community.

Helpful boiler maintenance from Hardeep/Hardip from EGP - serviced our unvented cylinder - but also helped to troubleshoot NEST thermostat system.

Also suggested a useful solution - to combine our two heat links (one of which always seemed to fail periodically) into just the one reliable heat link. Will bring him back to do this at some point if the second heat link fails again….

Excellent service from Lewis today, he resolved the problems offering advice on how to avoid the same issues in future. Such a friendly man, nothing was too much trouble for him, I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending East Goscote Plumbers as a five star service.

Hardeep repaired my boiler and got it up and running again.

Gary came out on a Sunday & was a massive help in getting my vulnerable parents heating back on again.

I had my gas boiler & gas fire serviced towards the end of last month with this company & Wow the best service my boiler & fire have ever had !! Would definitely recommend. The service was carried out in a methodical way leaving no stone unturned respecting my property & leaving everything as it was found & of course me a very satisfied customer !!

Moved into a new house and when turning off the boiler we couldn’t get it to power back on. I called the emergency call out for ECG and got Gary. He was excellent and calmed me down and came out promptly, fixed the fault and reassured me. Great work!

EGP Plumbers fitted radiators in my new home around 3 years ago. Two radiators had started leaking water. I was due a boiler servicing so I mentioned the issue I had with my radiators when I booked the call out for the boiler servicing. When the plumber arrived to do the boiler servicing, the issue with the radiators was identified as the blanking plugs needed replacing. As the plumber didn’t have replacements with them when they arrived, I had to pay a call out charge for them to come again to replace them.
