I am extremely disappointed with the customer service. I ordered a wall clock over a week ago, and it still hasn't arrived. I have tried calling several times to cancel my order, but no one answers the phone. I also sent an email requesting cancellation, and I have received no response at all.
The lack of communication is unacceptable. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

This company accepted my order. They immediately took payment. I then had a email saying that the order cannot be fulfilled and I would receive a refund. I haven’t received my refund and they are not returning my calls or answering my emails. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering

SCAMMERS! Do not place any orders from this disreputable company. Ordered a table light which was close to £200 and it never arrived! It took them over two weeks to contact me after i emailed them several times asking where it was. They advised its not in stock and i'm still awaiting a refund (again after several emails) . My bank has stepped in and fully refunded right away me so I'm happy! they will pay out once my bank gets hold of them.

Do not order from this company! Placed an order for a desk which was advertised as in stock however after placing the order i then read the reviews! Once i realised my mistake i messaged them to enquire when the item would be shipped only to be told it is out of stock for a month! Requested a refund over 2 weeks ago and despite the 5-7 day refund offer i have still not recieved any money! I will be taking this company to a small claims court if i do not receive my refund in the next few days! Complete shambles of a company!

Do NOT buy from this company! They are scammers. They take your money & send you an order confirmation & an invoice but there will be zero evidence of your purchase after that and no-one to get hold of! I do not understand why this website has not been taken down!

Terrible! Ordered some shelves they said not in stock; I said will wait. Now the website does not exist anymore and the email is returning. Awful!!! Lost my money!!! Terrible thieves!!!

Ordered stools listed as available, but then was told they cannot be delivered as they are not in stock.
MONEY has to date not been refunded!

I have been waiting since January 2026 for my order. They say it is in stock. Then its not in stock.

Left multiple messages on there phone but no one gets back to you

Ordered a tv cabinet and paid. Never heard a word off them other than an invoice. No delivery date or if it was in stock. Emailed them and it got sent back. Phone calls and messages left and no response. Got my money back from Master Card.

I ordered a bedside cabinet on November 27th. On December 1st, I received an email stating item was out of stock and a refund issued. After five days I had not received the refund. On December 9th, still no refund. I contacted Elegant Furniture for clarification. This was followed up by Adam. On December 12th, I received the refund. Overall: disappointing that item was not in stock. Response from Adam and refund time was okay. 2 stars for the misleading advert, but I would give Adam 4 stars for expediting the refund.

AVOID, Refund not issued, wish I had looked at the reviews before, ordered but said no stock in August - still waiting for a refund in November after being promised it has been done about 5 times. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! They are theives!

I wish I had read these reviews before placing my order. I placed my order since April and after chasing the delivery after it was clear it was not going to be delivered I asked for a refund. It is still not forthcoming following a significant number of emails This is such poor customer service.

Like others, wish I'd read these reviews before ordering so felt I needed to add one myself to help others avoid my experience. Ordered in September and they took my money easy enough but was then informed that item of furniture wasn't in stock. I've been told around 6 times a refund has been issued. Fast forward 7 weeks - still no money. AVOID

I wish I had read the reviews of this website before ordering, it seems like they take money from customers, but actually have no stock and simply want your money. I ordered something on 14th September, was told on 17th September that the item was out of stock and I would be refunded within 5-7 days. No sign of a refund yet, apparently being looked into.

Many red flags with this company.

Ordered a table and chairs in April, item not in stock, i told them i could wait til it was in stock (they said 6-8 weeks). Waited and waited til July, no item delivered, emailed them and they replied not in stock, and i would receive refund of £359 in 3-5 working days. I've not received refund, I've rung the company and emailed but they haven't replied to either. Going to call my bank for a section 75

Ordered a product for £69.95.
After a few days I was informed by email that the product was not available and I would receive a refund in 5-7 days.
The money has not arrived after 8 working days and the company have not answered my phone calls or emails

Absolutely a horrendous company to deal with. Returns are just unacceptable. Waiting a month to return something THEN have to pay £22 to have it returned UNOPENED which is deducted from your refund. Would never deal with this company again. Furniture is cheap instructions are rubbish. Time is almost out to return the thing and atill nothing about collection. What sort of company is this !!!!!!

Ordered item on here 3 months ago they never sent it and kept my money... Item wasn't in stock.... Haven't refunded my money yet.....

Ordered & paid for an item shown as 'In Stock' on their website. 4 Days later no emails from them with any dispatch date. I have emailed and phoned numerous times to which Ive had NO replies!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Like many I had email to say my item was out of stock, requested full refund, no communication from the company, no mater how I try to contact them. Have now put this out of hands with my bank
