Unsecured Business Loan.

I had already had contact with EBF to arrange a Commercial Mortgage, however, I also needed additional business funding. I was put in touch with Alba. What an absolute delight to deal with!! No question was ever too much or stupid for Alba. If she didn't know the answer immediately, she was honest and said she would find out and get back to me which she did EVERY time! This level of customer service is a rarity nowadays.
As already mentioned, I had already supplied a lot of information that EBF required when completing a Commercial Mortgage application but Alba still required some updated info etc. She was excellent at helping every step of the way!
Alba talked me through multiple different ways of raising the funding i needed and talked me through the different offers that came back. When we had chosen 1, she was outstanding at keeping me in the loop!
Alba made the whole process far easier than I'm sure it could've been!!

I contacted these guys after coming across an email they had sent to me just at the right time. After making initial contact, I was handed over to Charles to look into a Commercial Mortgage. He asked me questions about my business and what we were looking to fund to really understand my needs. Yes there was a lot of form filling at the start, but Charles was on hand to help with any questions.
Charles was in regular contact with me and explained the different types of lenders and their "pros and cons".
When we had settled on who to make a formal application with, he was supportive every step of the way! He agreed to be included in Zoom calls with the lender to be able to answer some of the more technical questions etc.
Later, Charles chased the lender when they were dragging their feet a little and removed some of the hassle from me.
From start to finish, Charles and everyone else I had communication from at EBF were exemplary! You get the feeling they've "been there and done that" many times before and so know the possible pit falls before they become an issue!
