They were horrific. Sent a literally see through piece of fabric with the design I wanted just stuck on as an image on it. No embroidery , stitching or basic human decency. They won't refund the clothes and require for it to be sent back to them which just leads to them completely cutting contact

Fake website fraud items❗️❌❌ Beware❗️❗️ Items do not match the pictures all and they don’t even accept returns or pay for the return postage fee.

Not even one star deserves it ordered on May 16 and i have received it on June 12 and it was not as per picture only thin qameez with no shalwar and dupatta i have wrote multiple emails they have not responded i don’t know how to file a legal complaint my order number ROSQPH44982

Please do not order anything from here they are scammer, they will take the payment will make you fool i have been scammed for £70-80 pounds. i ordered 3 dress on 11 april. and i didnt recived anything. they are not refunding money back and asking evidence from post office.

This is total SCAM. Never purchase from Elorachic.
I did not get my order even after a month after repeated follow ups. Further to which I cancelled my order. Refund is still not hit my account. Every time I follow up for my refund, all I get is the same email saying "your refund is processed and it will take 2 weeks to reflect in the account", while it has already been 6 weeks now.

I ordered 2 outfits for a family wedding from Elorachic after seeing their page on Facebook. I was shocked when I opened my package to find that I had received 2 very thin long tops that looked nothing like I had ordered !!
I will be wanting a full refund. This company is deceiving people by false
advertising...scamming people. Avoid !!

6th June 2025 - Since my review above, my emails are not delivering to Elorachic. I have tried a few times but the response keeps coming back saying that the email address doesn't exist !!

This was a scam. I saw an ad on Facebook and placed an order. Later, when I checked the reviews on Google, I found out it was a scam. I also posted a warning on Facebook that it’s a scam. Today, when I checked again, I saw that their page has been deleted from Facebook — thank God!”

I have received my package today. I am very upset of what I received. I wish i could attach pictures here. I did send an email but there is no response. Please respond to my email where I have included pictures for your review. However, the product I received is entirely different from the image on your website. The quality is unacceptable. Could you please clarify why there is a discrepancy between the product image and the actual item received? I am requesting a refund due to the mismatch between the product image and the received item.

Be aware of this company's website. False advertising. Scam and fraud company.

Absolutely disgraceful why advertising something different and then you send something else

WHAT AN ABSOLUTE SCAM, ORDERED FOR THE WIFE FIRSTLY THE DELIVERY ETA WHAT BULL5417 AND WHEN FINALLY ARRIVED IT WAS COMPLETELY WRONG(COLOR & SUIT PIECES), QUALITY WAS WORSE THAN A RAG, WISH I COULD GIVE MINUS 100 RATING, PLEASE PLEASE DONT ORDER ANYTHING, LUCKILY MY BANK PULLED MONEY BACK BUT SOME PEOPLE HAVE LOST OUT

SCAMMERS. They take your money and deliberately send you incorrect items that does not remotely resemble what you actually ordered.

Dis shit company is a scam.. ordered a grand wedding gown and deliberately sent me a shit cloth..and cheated me on my money!! Dont ever get cheated ppl.. pls report ..

The item sent is not what they show a huge difference and no one ever responds back
They say they are based in UK but only means of communication is email. Which never reply back.
I am returning my outfits but it’s heartbreaking as I got this to wear at a wedding and now I’m going to have to rush for another.
They have no legal address in UK I guess it’s because they don’t want to be caught out.
Really upset.
I genuinely don’t like writing reviews but thought no one else should go through heartbreak situation like me.

Not even deserve any star ! It’s big scam! From Pakistan or some Muslim country Got delivery after 20 days ( supposed to have express delivery) it was fake, not like as picture got only top, very disappointed of waste my money

A huge scam! Wrong items sent and even though Facebook advert says 30 days free return but when they send you the wrong items they ask you to take the cost on to return to an address in China. Avoid Avoid Avoid.

elorachic is a scam website. They are using images of Indian outfits and after you order you will deliberately send you incorrect items. They then have the audacity to ask you to bear the expensive of retuning the rags they have sent you (and must return to China). I am appalled that Facebook advertised this scam to me.
