Fantastic service and experience transferring my Mum from home to a care home. Ambulance crew Matt and Ruby were lovely kind and gentle with Mum. Their reassuring manner helped to keep Mum calm during the journey and when moving her from bed to stretcher .Mum has Alzheimer’s and can easily distressed. She arrived at nursing home and was smiling.
Michelle in the office when booking was really helpful and kind too .

Thank you for making getting dad to his new care home stress free, arrived in good time, were very professional and caring towards dad who was very confused and worried about what was happening, he arrived happy and calm at the other end and he said how lovely the people who bought him up were towards him. Dad has Alzheimer’s and gets very confused about who people are and what’s going on but everything was done to ease this, and we are so grateful for this 5* service thank you

The team moved my 95 year old dad from Devon up to Reading and I couldn't be happier!
They were polite, professional and so compassionate and understanding regarding my dad's needs, I can't rate them highly enough! Dad was travelling alone and one of the staff was with him all the way keeping him company and making sure he had something to eat and drink.
They were on time to pick him up and arrived exactly when they said they would, keeping me informed along the way.
I would definitely recommend using them and would use them again if needed. It was easy to book and the staff were all so nice. 100% worth it. 😁

My very first contact with Amanda brought a huge sense of relief after trying many transport organisations who either did not respond or couldn’t help with physically moving an almost immobile 90 year old. Amanda was calming, reassuring and incredibly efficient in responding to our very urgent request. Our requirements were met within less than 24 hours from my original call. Amanda and Jonathon provided a timely and impeccable service following days of stress and frustration. The whole family are so grateful and relieved. Thank you!

From our first contact with EMA, we were treated with professionalism and empathy in planning to transport our elderly mother between care homes over 100 miles away. We felt confident that our mother would be safe in their hands and were reassured by the information they requested about her. The level of detail requested reflected not only the essential health and mobility needs information but also her interests, detailed information about her family members and her music preferences to facilitate conversation and provide a reassuring environment for her during the journey. On the day of the transfer, EMA were punctual and professional and carried out the transfer in exactly the manner they had promised. We were very happy with every aspect of the provision our mother received from EMA.

My 91 year old mother needed to be transported from Kent to Dorset. The team rallied round and moved her 24 hours earlier than initially planned. She left the hospital sound asleep and over the course of a 3 hour journey they kept a confused and frightened lady singing! They also phoned me to say she was safe as soon as they had her settled in Dorset. An awesome team from both the office and operations. Highly recommend them!

Pete, Steve and Amy were brilliant. They transported my extremely frail and anxious mother to a care home without any issues. The move couldn't have gone more smoothly and that was down to the professionalism and expertise of Amy in the office and Pete & Steve in the ambulance. I would not hesitate to recommend EMA to others looking to move an elderly bedbound relative.

EMA PATIENT TRANSPORT are the most kind and efficient people I have ever come across. I have been treated like royalty. Right from when they came to take me from the Care Home right back to my own home I can really recommend them to anyone needing specialist assistance.

We recently met with Amanda at one of our Sussex care homes and were extremely impressed. She was highly professional, with a kind and caring manner that immediately put us at ease.

Sam and Amanda were so kind and caring when transporting my husband to and from our eldest granddaughter’s wedding. They took every care to make sure my husband was comfortable, and arrived on time - actually a few minutes before - which eased our nerves about the long drive to the venue. I would like to thank Michelle , Justin & Steve for their kindness in helping our dear mum return home after 4months in a care home. They were incredibly kind and understanding in helping mum, making her journey home as pleasant as they could.
They carried mum upstairs and placed her into her chair and were a pleasure to deal with.

This was our second time using EMA patient transport, based on an excellent experience (Sam and Matthew, our transport staff, were wonderful) on the first occasion.

Again, on booking we dealt with Lisa (and last time Michelle as well) - both of whom were friendly, professional and efficient providing a seamless booking service.

The lovely Amanda and Jonathan were our transport staff on this occasion and turned up on the day on time, were very professional and engaging, friendly, showed due care to my parent who has high care needs at the moment and got us to the hospital appointment in good time. We felt safe and cared for every step of the way.

This is an excellent service and we highly recommend them.

Crew were professional, they made sure they spoke with us and mum ( who was being transferred) before hand which was good, they liaised with the home nurse as well, they were on time and the ambulance was well equipped and looked new, very good experience
