I recently purchased the Pedro Asado & Buddy. I spoke with Danielle who’s been an absolute pleasure to deal with. I had a good feeling as soon as we spoke. Knowledgeable, efficient, responsive, friendly, professional and a clear focus on the customer experience. Approaching the Bank Holiday weekend, guarantees understandably couldn’t be given that it would arrive beforehand, especially as it wasn’t even in the country at the time! 5 days later, it’s here. It’s not often I feel obliged to review on here but this is definitely the time. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Ember & Stonehouse again and I highly recommend them for high-end products and service to match. Superb. Thanks Danielle. Delivery service was first class as well!

I ordered GRLLR Outdoor Kitchen Units. From my first contact with Danielle through to the delivery of the units the customer service given was the best I think I have ever received. It made all the difference. The goods were of high quality together with super quick delivery. I would not hesitate to order more items in the future and will be recommending the company to family and friends.

What a great company to deal with. Very competitive on price. Danielle has been a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole purchase. Would defiantly recomend to others and will be my first port of call for future purchases.

Danielle helped me at the design stage, offering recommendations and options relating to the space I had on offer and continued to be a positive reinforcement of Ember & Stonehouse throughout.

Seamless order process and great communications through out. The only downside was the courier company, my 2 hour delivery time slot notification was sent out 10 mins after my delivery, thankfully I was in to take collection. Managed to build the kitchen in a day, units are very straightforward and the quality was good.

An amazing business with outstanding customer service and attention to detail. They are an absolute pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.

Easy to deal with, any changes made to the bundle I order was communicated by phone, slight issue with the delivery company, but Danielle gave constant updates via email, alfresco chef pizza oven is pretty good too.

Excellent company (Danielle) to deal with, had delivery issue couldn't have been more helpfull. I was refunded in full without asking and an apology not expected. Item did arrive a day after refund which I did advise expecting to be recharged or return request but no was allowed to keep F.O.C

Absolutely brilliant service from Ember and Stonehouse when I ordered my Norfolk Grill BBQ. The whole process was seamless from start to finish – I had regular communication over both email and phone, with helpful updates and really thoughtful follow-ups. They even sped up the delivery to make sure it arrived in time for a family gathering we had planned that weekend.

They checked in after it was delivered to make sure everything was spot on – and it was. Such a refreshing experience. Amazing service all round – highly recommend!
