This stuff is all fake...the cofounder image is clearly a stock image, and you can reverse image search the product photos to find the real original designs that this company is stealing. It's typical cheap knockoff crap, it's going to be like the halloween costume version of whatever you see that you like.

This company uses false advertising. What you think you are paying for is not what you receive. I ordered an embroidered top and instead got a screen printed polyester top- definitely cheap. They do not have a seamless return policy either- they make the customer pay for the overseas return and have a 30 day time limit. Not a good experience.

I blouse I ordered was described and pictured as linen with embroidery on the Ember&Kate website. The item I received was neither linen nor embroidered but merely a flimsy material with a blurry print unlike what was pictured and described by the business.
Don’t waste your money!

These sandals were SO POORLY MADE! They were NOT 'orthopedic' - sloppy fit, shoddy work, and you CANNOT send them back!

Omg! Why didn't I read the reviews??? I didn't mind that it took 3 weeks to get here. BUT... The blouse was NOTHING as pictured and the sizing is ALL wrong. I am out of $40 because I allowed myself to be swindled. I wish I could post a review on their site. The description is a blatant lie. It.is not embroidered and it is not linen.

Bought a dress from Ember Kate and I'm really happy with it. The fit was spot on and the service was great. Would order again.

Absolute rip off. Ordered shoes with an "easy return policy." Then was told I could return shoes, but would have to pay to have them shipped to China (more expensive than the shoes were originally - between $90-120). Sooo.... I'm out the $80 that I spent on the shoes.

Should be ZERO STAR! Do NOT purchase from these people. Items took a month to deliver and were NOT what was pictured or described. Must pay shipping back to China. All responses AI generated. Stay away!!!

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! The quality of the material is terrible and the REFUND POLICY - YOU have to send it back to China and pay the costs.They take NO responsibility.

If I could give Ember & Kate NO stars I would. First of all the dress that I ordered is so cheap looking. The stitching is horrendous. I sent a picture to Ember & Kate asking to return the dress for a full refund. They refused and offered a small percentage of what I paid for the dress. Also, they wanted me to return it to the address on the label which I believe was to China!! I will never purchase another thing from Ember & Kate and I encourage you to read any and all reviews before making the mistake I made. An interesting side note: you can’t write a review on their website…hummm…wonder why!!!

Beware! I was fully aware that I would have to pay shipping on a return, but Ember & Kate requires that you ship it to China in order to get a refund. The cost was going to be about $70 for shipping to China. Thank goodness my credit card refunded me my entire purchase. I will never ever purchase anything from them again. The quality of the items was very poor also.

No shipping information. Tracking was never updated. Saiid it shipped next day which was not truthful. Customer service which was only an info email address and no phone contact, took 2-3 days after they said they would respond within one day. I may never receive the package. Very disappointed.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. It's a scam. I should have done due diligence on this entity before ordering but the images got me. The items are not like the pictures whatsoever and the refund/return policy is for the company to walk away with your funds. The return shipping is set for a warehouse in China, so it will not be cheap. They have minimal internet footprint, so please do your due diligence before ordering (wish I had).

The listing says “one plastic bottle” because everything is 100% polyester. The toos listed as cotton & linen- NOPE! They are 100% polyester! Misrepresented intentionally. The items you will receive are nothing like the product pictured. This was an expensive lesson about online boutique shopping.

I ordered the Rainbow sweatshirt and the shipping took forever. When it finally arrived it looked nothing like the picture! It was a $5 tshirt at best with crappy graphics. It is $20 to return, I paid $56 and I would need to fill out a customs form! I wish I would have checked reviews. Of course they don’t all own any reviews on their website. What a waste of money and time. I would NEVER order from them again.

I ordered two women’s tops. It took 18 days for them to be delivered. They are nothing like the pictures. It is exactly what you would expect to get from Temu. I thought I did my research on this company, but I obviously missed some things warning you’re taking your chances earning from them each top I ordered was $44 and they are junk.

Looking for a dress to wear as a wedding guest and I don’t trust online sizing, so I ordered 3 sizes of the same dress. The dress FINALLY arrives from China and it looks nothing like the picture in the ad, NOTHING. I request instructions on returning the dresses and free a few days the response is they’ll give me 15% of my purchase price and I can keep the dresses (nope) or I can pay for shipping back to China and they say I’ll get a 100% refund. Ouch! I’m going to try shipping the dresses back and hope for the best.

I purchased a pair of Ellie Flat Buckle Loafers from Ember & Kate for my wife and was very disappointed when they arrived. The shoes were of much lower quality than I expected based on their online presentation.

After deciding to return them, I contacted customer service and was informed that I would need to ship the shoes back to China at my own expense in order to receive a refund. This requirement was not apparent to me at the time of purchase and would make the return process costly and inconvenient.

Instead of providing a straightforward return option, the company offered me a 15% refund if I agreed to keep the shoes.

I recommend that prospective customers carefully review Ember & Kate's return policy before placing an order, particularly if there is any chance they may need to return an item.
