Both myself and my partner cannot fault the service from the Emerald Finance Team. Everyone always went above and beyond, with no questions left unanswered. Their proactiveness with our solicitor and finding us the best rates was second to none. We will definitely use them again.

I've used Emerald Finance for several years now and have always been impressed at the level of service. This year they have dealt with my residential mortgage, a buy to let mortgage, life insurance and a critical illness policy and I always trust them to find the best deal on the market at the time. What an amazing experience making the whole remortgage experience totally painless. I was kept updated throughout with emails, phone calls and texts. When the rate reduced I was contacted to see if I wanted the new lower rate and Emerald did the rest. In fact this happened more than once! Never to much trouble. Overall a fantastic service and great advice given when it could have been a very stressful and expensive time considering I’m trying to sort out a subsidence claim at the same time.
