In what has been a very stressful time for my family and I, Emergency Clean UK have provided an excellent service from start to finish. From the first initial call with Matt, who listened with compassion to the situation we were in, I was confident in this company's ability to help us. Matt noted details about the flat that needed cleaning and after being sent images to help provide a quote, gave extra information on other ways they could help us such as clearing general waste in the flat too. The quote came through in just a few hours and was very detailed so we knew what to expect. Leading up to the day of the clean, I asked Matt further questions which he was always happy to answer and did so quickly. Our cleaning team was Marta and Michal and they did a fantastic job in just 3 hours. They arrived on time, were friendly and kind and before the clean began, Marta confirmed the choices of which items were to be removed. We were informed by the cleaning team when they were due to finish for us to arrive back at the flat and could not believe the difference considering the awful state the flat was in beforehand. They walked us through to explain what had been done in each room and checked we were happy with the results. Marta also informed us that they disinfected the bathroom too (which was not on our quote but used by them for hot water). After the clean, we had further contact with Matt during the payment confirmation. We expressed our gratitude to the team again and he was very grateful for the kind words. I would definitely use this company again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a deep, detailed clean.

I can’t thank Corey and his team enough! I came home to a toilet overflow and I was completely overwhelmed. Corey was incredibly helpful and replied instantly, which immediately put me at ease. They sent a team the same day and they were incredible!!!! So professional, kind, and efficient.

Called on New Year’s Eve and spoke to a great advisor who asked for some details and then had a quotation back to me within a couple of hours.
Immediate response to additional enquiries and then had the clean booked for New Year’s Day.
Cleaning technician arrived on time and was very reassuring for my mother in law who we booked the clean for and talked through the entire procedure and put her mind at rest. Clean was very thorough and done within the time frame advised. She also went through everything again and checked we were happy before leaving.

I recently needed the services of Emergency Clean UK following the undiscovered death of a relative in their home.

The support I received from both Corey and Matt was very welcome at such a difficult time. They explained clearly what they proposed to do to resolve the situation and provided a very good quote, detailing the treatments that would be used and the standards that they complied with.

When I met the team on site, they were also very professional and compassionate and did a fantastic job to make the site hygienically safe for me to start clearing the hoarding situation.

I used this company to clear a relative's flat. He is a hoarder and was living in extremely chaotic and unhygienic conditions which was causing him (and me) a lot of stress. Thankfully Emergency Clean UK came to the rescue. Its customer service was first class and the ladies who came to deal with the situation were marvellous. They tackled the clear out with care and sensitivity, giving the carpet cleaner space to do his magic. They left leaving the flat sparklingly clean. I cannot thank them all enough.

From the off the service was second to none. Within an hour or so of me submitting the online enquiry I received a call from Corey. The Technicians were at the address within a couple of days, and the clearout started a couple of days after that. I actually thought that this was too good to be true ! The team of Tia, Liam, Phaedra, Chris and Carly were exceptional - professional and probably most importantly, sympathetic and non judgmental.

Emergency Clean did an excellent job sanitising our kitchen after a rodent infestation.

The cleaner arrived within 24 hours of the initial phonecall, cleaned away any remaining droppings and bait and fogged the area so that the smell was gone and the surface was spotless.

Both the cleaner and the booking contact were very clear about what the process entailed and any preparations I needed to make

Following a difficult few days with my parent being ill,I needed the services of a biohazard cleaners.
Thankfully I contacted Emergency clean. They were brilliant, gave me a price and kept to it, booked me in within a few minutes, sent a text just before arriving and have cleaned the bedroom so you would not know it had needed it. The whole house also now smells clean and fresh. Such a weight of my mind. Do not hesitate if you need this service, they are so professional.
