Please go with another weight loss program they’ve been having issues with fulfillment of orders! I ordered it April 1st and they have stopped replying to my text messages! Look at the newest reviews! I believe it’s a sinking business!

Liked them at first for pricing and medication. However, it’s now April 14 and my most recent order was supposed to be processed at the end of March. They say they refill so you don’t miss doses. Well I’ve now missed a dose and their only response is that they’re experiencing higher than usual demand. If you want a weight loss company that supports you and ensures you’re not just being indifferent about your own health and medicine timing, I don’t recommend this company. I’ve messaged them again to stress that I’m now missing doses of medicine and hope for a better response than “we have higher than usual demand.” If you can’t keep up with regular customers AND HISTORIC PATIENTS WHO YOU ARE TREATING, you shouldn’t be taking new patients.

As an update, since we’re now 2.5 weeks after they were originally supposed to process the medicine, I’ve missed another dose and initiated a dispute with my credit card company. I reached out to Emerge to ensure the subscription would be cancelled given my concerns about their lack of attention to patient care and was told that they would not cancel my subscription unless I withdrew my credit card dispute (!). I responded with a very strong counter about the illegal and unethical ultimatum that they were giving me and that they cannot legally force me to continue to pay them for a subscription I don’t want (and is supposed to be month to month) if I won’t withdraw a dispute I filed about not receiving what I paid for and having concerns about their emphasis on making a profit rather than providing adequate patient care. My strongly worded push back finally got a response and they agreed to cancel the subscription. If anyone else runs into these issues, please keep in mind and threaten that you can and will pursue legal action and reach out to the attorney general if they try to give ultimatums. Beyond my initial concerns about poor patient care, this most recent experience also raises ethical (and legal) issues.

I’m absolutely thrilled with my experience with Emerge Weight Loss! From the very beginning, the team has been incredibly kind, responsive, and genuinely supportive. I was initially excited to work with this company, but my experience has been incredibly disappointing. After they took my money, they failed to ship my product as expected. I was told it would take 5-8 business days, which seemed odd since my last two orders were shipped the day after payment cleared. Still, I gave them the benefit of the doubt.

However, once the 5-8 business days passed, I reached out and was told they were experiencing high demand. While I understand that, it doesn't explain why they took my money without having the product in stock. Now, it’s been over two Mondays and I’ve missed doses of my medicine, which is impacting my results.

On top of that, I was promised a $25 discount for my first two orders, but only the first order was discounted. This is extremely frustrating. I was excited to be on this journey, but now it feels like it’s over prematurely because of this company's poor service. To make matters worse, they said it could take up to 10 business days to process my refund, yet it took mere seconds for them to take the money from my account.

Just incredibly disappointed. SMH.

Very easy to get started and to continue in the program. I have lost 35 lbs so far in 4 months. Tirzepitide is definitely the way to go. I had no nausea or terrible side effects. I do get some constipation, but MCT oil in my morning coffee takes care of that. I started at 2.5 which worked very well for 2 full months then moved up to 5 which is working well. The price at Emerge is very competitive as well.

It’s sad that some “customers” are sore losers and I have time today because to disparage a company and its CUSTOMERS is absolutely absurd because you weren’t selected. Emerge has been nothing short of amazing and then try to bring up someone’s alleged criminal background is darn near defamation. The ambassadors are not EMPLOYEES they work harder than you to get their medication. What was exactly was wrong with your SERVICE… talk about that!!! Probably nothing … if it doesn’t affect u directly then don’t worry about it. Focus on your health and wealth and not what anyone has done in their alleged past or not being chosen. ALL the other telehealth companies have ambassadors that get referral bonuses as well, but the biggest difference between Emerge and the others is they truly care for their customers and want to help you succeed.
